1 /5 Haresh Persaud: Well, I have bought some tires some tire rack.com and they recommended this store to install my tires mistake I made in my life. You’ll see the pictures. It will show you what happened. Never take a new car there. If you have an old beat up car I think that’s the best car to take over there. The customer service suck they broke my cargo net by taking out the tires. They said they call they never did for replacement. They scratched every rims on my car then they told me drive it in the rain and the rain will take the scratches out.

5 /5 Tiffany Ballard: What can I say, what an amazing experience. Customer service was above and beyond. They provided all the answers to my questions with such efficiency. The service and attention to detail, satisfied all of my concerns and needs. These guys definitely know the power of teamwork and transparency with their clients. Came on Tuesday July 22, in and out. Front desk attendant provided feedback from the beginning to the end while working with the mechanics to insure a smooth transition. I pray that firestone continues to support their employees on and off the clock, bonuses for their your family, great benefits and shares in the company.

5 /5 J. Mark Lane: First, note, Im a car guy. Grew up in a racing family in the South, spent many weekends at the track. Have owned, and built, many cars. Presently have vintage sports cars. My daughter is away at college at SUNY Binghamton. I worry constantly about her. We gave her a car to get around, get groceries, etc. It broke (naturally). Her midnight call to me described a problem even I couldnt follow, but she was at the dorms and ok. Next day, GEICO towed the car to this shop. I promptly called them, and Jeremy was really helpful, I found him reassuring. Within a couple of hours, they had isolated the problem, and a couple hours later, fixed it. That same night my daughter was able to pick the car up (she took a bus, which Jeremy helped me identify). Ive known mechanics my whole like, I am one. It is so nice to know that, with my child away from home, there are good, honest people who can help when things go wrong. Seriously. Thanks, guys!

1 /5 Nathan Stevens: On this past Friday, I dropped off my car for a new set of tires. This was an appointment that I had scheduled earlier in the week and I had no requested completion time. I was called 2.5 hours after I dropped off the car and told it was completed. This was around noon, well before closing. I was a bit surprised that there was no service recommendations. That would indicate the car is in either in better condition than I thought or a lazy tech pencil whipped the inspection. I have no imediate concerns so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but that is just bad business on their part. The much bigger problem is the work that I paid for was not completed. I had no reason to suspect anything was wrong, so I didnt imediately inspect the work beyond making sure that I got the correct tires. A couple days after, I happened to check my tire pressures on my TPMS and saw that the pressures were all over the place. 3 of the 4 tires were significantly overinflated with one at 8 psi over the OE recommendation and another tire was 5 psi under. Upon a further visual inspection, I noticed that my RF valve stem cap is missing. This may seem like a minor thing, except this visual inspection is generally done while manually torquing the lugnuts. Was that done? If it wasnt, that is gross negligence... Of course, this prompted me to check my paperwork to see if there were any notes that werent mentioned to me. There were no notes. I was surprised (not surprised) to see that no there was no alignment check done. This is not only a complimentary service with new tires at FCAC, but is often required if one needs to make a treadwear warranty claim in the future. On top of this road hazard coverage was at no time discussed with me and I was not shown an invoice prior to my payment. I was charged for it. In New York State it is illegal to sell any sort of insurance or warranty without disclosing the terms to the customer prior to payment.
