Dori Nardi My 2018 Rogue was repaired by Mike installing control arm left side lower ball joint and it was completed in the time he told me it would be along with an alignment. The job was done up to specs. They are all great people and I have made them my new repair shop for my car. They are all kind, pleasant and explain everything and if any other questions arise they are on top of taking care of everything. I give this repair shop five stars. Good work, great people and over all greatly satisfied.

Mary Bertou Had some issues with my Jeep Renegade a few weeks ago and these guys were able to get my Jeep in same day and fix the issue for a reasonable price. Everyone else was booked out several weeks. Definitely will be coming back.

Ken Murphy Ive been using Mavis for years. Stopped in after taking a gash in the sidewall of one my tires. Checked the status of my roadside protection and had me back out the door with a replacement mounted and balanced in about 15 minutes. The service here is excellent.

My experience from over the phone, to dropping off my vehicle, and picking it up, was professional and friendly and I felt like I was in very good hands from start to finish. Daniel Lovell Super nice folks helped me out quickly. I had a leaking tire and they removed the bolt Id picked up, plugged up the leak and had me on my way for about $20 in no time. They were friendly and courteous, and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need.

I was given a referral to them for regular car maintenance and repair by another top-notch mechanic who repaired and restored my car after an accident. And Eliminator hasnt disappointed. They do great, thorough work for a fair price, and every employee I have encountered there is friendly, attentive and helpful. And I prefer to give my business to locals instead of chains. The owner and mechanics have a vested interest in their reputation, which drives their good work ethic. And from the looks of the garage, they love what they do. That said, Ive settled on Eliminator as my permanent car repair place.

Achilles Heel Eliminator Auto made my experience a stress free one! As a woman, sometimes places like these will try to sell you on what you “need”… when you don’t. Mike was very honest, transparent and you could tell he CARED about my experience and my vehicle. Not even an hour later, my car was serviced and complete! Carmen Papa 4 stars for quality work. 1 star for price. Got repairs done on my Peterbilt and they sky rocketed the parts price over what dealer will give someone walking in off the street. I don’t blame anyone for charging for quality work. However, there is a limit.

Gary Wright Was told by Jim in the repair service area that the following day would be better to fix the tire problem on my RV. Called at 1:15 PM the next day only to find out that he was not gonna get to it again poor service in my opinion. .

JoAnn Strapach I had to get my car inspected so I went to Anderson Automotive on State Street in Auburn, NY. I had been a patron of their shop when they were in a shop closer to my home. They are always accomodating with appointments and do requested work in a timely manner. Costs are reasonable. I will go to them whenever my car needs work done.

Raven Winters They called 15 minutes before closing and left a message saying they hadnt got to my car after 8 hours and would hold it for the weekend if I didnt pick up. Didnt see the message until 425, after they were closed and gone. So dont have a car for a full weekend cause I didnt have my phone on me for half an hour. Couldnt have called me earlier??? Seriously unimpressed, will NOT be using their service again All this after they tried talking me out of using them as a mechanic because I might have a battery issue that requires a Subaru specialist? Like, look in the car and confirm that? And do the other things we need?? Still needed brakes looked at! Do NOT recommend this place

J Called to get information and after speaking with Caroline on phone for few mins I explained I had to go and she kept rambling on which is fine but then I brought up I had to go again and she immediately scoffs at me and slams the phone down in my ear. I wasn’t rude at all. Shame on her.

Their work as an auto repair shop is also second to none in terms of quality, pricing and speed of service! Leo A P Giannini Moved up to the Finger Lakes from the Catskills and was overwhelmed by the difficulty in finding a reliable and honest mechanic shop. Bob was a godsend, fixed my rust bucket Yaris, and helped get my moms Yaris to 300K miles (and still kicking), fixes my wifes car and fixes my truck. I wouldnt go anywhere else, worth the wait if hes busy too.

Rich Ochs We had an engine light come on in our Jeep and got it in the next week. It was figured out pretty quickly, got a phone call letting us know what it was. Bob was very accommodating and I highly recommend Westside Auto!

A friend recommended State Street Automotive and they did the work for less than $1000 and were super accommodating. They got me in quick and were honest and up front about what work really needed to be done vs. recommended, and how much it would cost. They go above and beyond to help their customers and I highly recommend coming here!!

Gary Croop Terrible experience. Broke rear wiper arm and plastic housing. Now loose and flopping. Tried telling me it was already broken. New arm and plastics is $231. They didn’t care at all. They were the ones who recommended it. I have old wiper blade which is in ok shape with a small tear. I get they are trying to upsell but in this case I’m in the hole having to pay out of pocket to fix this. I will not be returning to this location.

Hannah Jacobus Weve lived in Auburn for 3 years, and have been screwed over by multiple auto shops in this little city. We took our car in to Xcelerated last weekend, and not only were they exceptionally friendly and personable, they did everything we needed on our car for much cheaper than other shops, and did an overall stellar job. They remembered everything we told them about past experiences locally, and they communicated with us at pick up, recalling everything we had mentioned to them and addressing our concerns after inspecting it. Ive never encountered a shop of any kind that someone remembers peoples input so well and does everything they can to communicate and ease concerns. Absolutely amazing service. I wont be taking either of my cars to any other shop as long as I live in the general Syracuse region.
