1 /5 Carmen Papa: 4 stars for quality work. 1 star for price. Got repairs done on my Peterbilt and they sky rocketed the parts price over what dealer will give someone walking in off the street. I don’t blame anyone for charging for quality work. However, there is a limit.

1 /5 Gary Wright: Was told by Jim in the repair service area that the following day would be better to fix the tire problem on my RV. Called at 1:15 PM the next day only to find out that he was not gonna get to it again poor service in my opinion. .

5 /5 John Devins: I have brought my motorhome in for routine services/new tires etc and have been pleased with the quality and value. Recently, prior to an extended trip, I needed new electronic steps installed on my coach. With new parts scarce and a short timeline, Jim, (service manager) went above and beyond to locate new steps and have them installed! Thank You Jim and the staff at Repair Plus!

1 /5 Brian Turner: Brought my truck in for a plow swap. After the work was complete they told me it would not convert to the new truck, therefore charging me $280 for unnecessary work. Went in to see the owner, who said he would look into it. Went in three weeks later since he couldnt be bothered to call me back. All he could do was complain about constantly having to fix his staffs mistakes. Instead of taking care of my problem, he made up excuse after excuse, and then went on to blame me for their incompetence. I was a customer for ten years, but was will never go back after the dismissive and condescending attitude I received. I will be taking my trucks to a shop with integrity that will actually stand by their work from now on.
