Don and Christine Rocco: Bought 4 tires from Mike. He installed them breaking 3 wheel sensors. Tried to fix them by replacing them with 3 knockoffs and after driving 10 miles the sensor lights came on my dashboard. Upset and having enough with his negligence, I went to Toyota and had them replaced costing me another $300+. No more lights. Wont be going back to Mikes.

Hijabi 4Life: Ok so a deer ran into my car,most people say " I hit a deer" nope, deer ran into me on the highway. I was amazing calm upon impact,my NYC upbring paid off. I was able to drive home safely I called Browns Collision for the first time, they towed from my home to their shop and did some amazing work, so far so good wow, they really hooked up my "Babushka" my name for my car. I received a complete breakdown of all the work and original Toyota parts and was called and told about the process and the paint job is perfect.Browns even took care of returning my rental. I highly recommend Browns Collision for all your crash work and the coffee mug gift was great also. Im back on the road in a much needed and appreciated gas saving car.Please see before and after pics

Lisa Downing: We took my boyfriends 52 Jeep Willis in for repair two years ago in May and after making redundant and I do mean redundant numerous trips to the auto repair shop 25-30 times the The owner of the shop still never fix the Jeep so it works. I asked him repeatedly to just keep replacing parts and we would pay him a few hundred dollars every time we would go in but still we have no fixed Jeep. We’ve asked the guy the owner to call us regarding the jeep repeatedly when you bring a jeep in for repair normally it takes about maybe a week this guy has had it two years and I think he just took our money because we’ve paid him to fix nothing, so watch out I’m gonna make arrangements to have my boyfriend’s jeep removed from that body shop. I feel like we got taken for a complete ride. The shop is very very unprofessional when you bring your car in for repair they stay in touch with you and call you they let you know when you order new parts or what you need , the vehicle should be diagnosed. This guy has done nothing but take our money. I find the shop owner to be very very unprofessional. It’s like we’re paying for insurance on this and it was stolen because he just gonna keep it forever I would be reluctant to go there.

CM Havens: Brought my car in for a blown serpentine belt. They claimed it was fixed and charged me full price. When I picked it up, the coolant reservoir was completely empty and the belt tensioner wasn’t even bolted down — it was loose and vibrating. I didn’t find out until an oil change tech pointed it out. This kind of sloppy, careless work could have destroyed my engine. I gave them my business because I’m local and wanted to support a hometown shop. Big mistake. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve the trust — or the money. Avoid them.
