A Wild Delusion I certainly recommend this shop, I came in here with my 2018 Honda Civic they found the problem and fixed it immediately. Ive been to many other shops with no results like this. They have the best electric mechanic around town. Definitely recommend will come again.

Sam Elkhayat Samantha in the service department was great, she was helping me out a lot and always answering my calls. I had an issue with the insurance company and she got resolved for me. I had brought in my car for repair and came out perfect thank you.

Andrew C Took my truck in to have catalytic converters replaced and a new exhaust installed. Truck has been there for 3 weeks the 1st week it sat there untouched. The mechanic was not very forthcoming in keeping me updated on what was being done, changed the throttle body charged $300 for the part, I couldve gotten the same part for $140, I replaced all 4 O2 sensors prior to bring it in. They said one was malfunctioning. Charged me $74 for one O2 sensors. When I bought 4 for $99, changed the thermostat housing charged me $90 for the part I didnt ask them to change the thermostat. As I have the part already and paid $24 for the part. Im guessing you can see where this is going. They then told me I needed a fuel pump for $700, I ordered the same fuel pump for $112. I then decided to get my truck and end this 3 week long disappointment and just finish the repair myself. I was charged $1589 for a truck they allegedly did troubleshooting on for 2 weeks yet wee clueless as to what the problem was. Nothing done solved the issue of rough idle and stalling. So the parts changed were not bad. To be charged so much for an absolute failure to do the job I feel is a rip off. The fact it took 3 weeks and wouldve kept going had I not stopped it. Do not goto this shop it was once a excellent mechanic shop but not anymore. I wouldnt recommend this shop for anything more than inspections. Complete disappointment.

Dave Freeborn Saps auto is without a doubt the best auto body shop on the east end! Dave and his staff are fast and know everything there is to know about any automobile that is brought to them for help. Dave is honest and tells you up front what it’s going to take to fix your problems. He’s a local homegrown guy and cares about his clients. My fleet wouldn’t be running if it wasn’t for Dave and Saps auto. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Steve Dorn JS Spark Auto - repair shop is #1 in my book. Jose is one of the most honest and caring individuals in the business. I was referred to him by another shop who could not take on the big job of replacing my entire engine. I had the engine shipped to his shop (1 week) and it was in and running within a week. He even followed up with a courtesy call a few days later checking on how the car was performing. I have since been back to the shop for the rear brakes and rotors. The attention to detail is top notch. I trust the shop’s work so much, I would send anyone there - even my Mom. Jose’s automotive knowledge and understanding of the business and people is outstanding.

john jonge poerink Great mechanic and great service. They service new cars as well as older classic cars. They a excellent mechanics, and will get you the right parts. I have had several cars serviced by them over the years including older 70s jeep wagoneer, 80s Toyota land cruiser and a new Range Rover and they know how to service all of them. They also do good body work and electrical repairs. Highly recommended.

Icarus Athletics Had an awesome experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Scott! He was professional, friendly, and quick with the oil change. He explained everything clearly and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their work—Scott definitely does. Thomas McRoy Brought a vehicle in to have a nail taken out of a tire and have it repaired. Very simple. The next day while driving to Southampton I noticed a vibration and strange feeling with the steering. I checked the tire and one lug nut was loose to the touch. I could unscrew it with my fingers. The others were not torqued. This place could have gotten me killed. You literally risk your life bringing a car here.

Without an appt he hooked up his machine & within minutes had a suggestion as to what was wrong. Told me to come back in an hour. I went back & the AC was ice cold. This guy is the AC EXPERT !!

More importantly was that he was honest for what would need fixing and changing (and part vs labor price). Checked just as much as he could in 20 min including code reading and test drive. After all that, he did not charge me anything. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Diane Sorvillo New to Riverhead. Was recommended by a friend of a friend. A/C not working properly. They tested it and said it needed a part and recharge. Later called and said they found a small leak and no part needed. Honesty was greatly appreciated. Shop clean, nice waiting area. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Christopher Boulos After a minor accident, my truck was initially towed to an auto body shop in Westhampton Beach. Unfortunately, the experience there was disappointing. They told me they could not fix the truck, but then asked how much i would sell it to them for. (Seems like they wanted the truck so told me it was not fixable). S Chris (CrAzYcUsToM) I was stuck in riverhead my brake line snapped over my differential. I called a few places and no one would fix it. I called Phils and he said bring it over. When I got there he addressed the problem and started working on it immediately although the job took longer than the price I was quoted, he still charged me the same price. Hes very articulate at making sure everything was done right. A++ service. I will definitely use him again. Showed 100% professionalism. Thank god for honest mechanics like them.
