Allie Bredowitz I couldnt recommend this place more! We were driving through the area on a 5 day road trip-only one day in, when I began to hear grinding from my brakes. I had a terrible feeling wed have to cut our trip short but also being 5 hours from home we were kind of stuck. With no other option I began calling auto shops in the area. Smalleys was the fourth shop on my Google search. Everyone before had said they were too busy and couldnt help me for a couple of days. When I called Smalleys and explained the situation he told me to come right in. They were busy but said they understood I was stuck and were so accommodating. So friendly and pricing was very fair! I drove out with new brakes and rotors less than 2 hours later! I am so very grateful for their help, truly wish they were around me, Id use them for all my auto needs.

bryan s I was having trouble with my truck on the way home from my family vacation. Everyone I called was booked as well as this place. However, the mechanic was willing to take a look to see if it was something simple. He said he wouldn’t be able to help if it wasn’t easy. Luckily for me it was a simple fix. I really appreciate that he took the time out of his busy schedule to help while I was hundreds of miles from home. Even if it wasn’t easy, it would have helped me figure out a plan on how to move forward with a fix. If this was my hometown, I would use him as my mechanic every time.

Mike My SUV’s battery was dead as a doornail in the parking lot of a nearby hotel. I call the store in a rush a few minutes before they close. John not only sells me an affordable battery, he then comes over after he gets off work 20 minutes later and INSTALLS it for free! Amazing service. Saved my butt while me and the fam were on vacation. AND he gives me some advice for a brewery to visit on our way home. JOB WELL DONE. Thanks John!!! Here’s some pics of John in action! Alexis Brevetti I’ve been burned by Maguire so many times, that I refused to do anymore business with them…. That was until I went into the Maguire in Watkins to look at a Jeep. I ended up purchasing the Jeep and Donovan, the salesman, was so helpful during the entire process. Honestly, everyone there is very personable and makes you feel seen and heard. I didn’t feel that I was being rushed or pressured to buy anything….. nor did I ever feel like I was being ripped off like I have in the past. The service department is also amazing. They are fast, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Benjamin Wagner Staff was friendly & super helpful. Even helped work through an issue with my insurance company when co-signing for a vehicle purchase with my daughter. Salesman Paolo even came all the way out to our home in Cortland, NY to have us re-sign some paperwork.

Michele Dunn-Hill Someone smashed into the front of my car. I called DeSarnos and he had me bring it right down. The insurance company was a pain in the rump but he did a fantastic job! I recommend him for any type of engine and body work. Runs like new! Thank you for all your hard work!
