adam stone Have taken amazing care of us with all of our vehicles, most recently took in for Brakes, rotors, and oil change. I also had Bobby check out wheel bearings because a month ago when I got new tires at one of the "Chain" tire shops they had told me wheel bearing was going bad and needed to be replaced. Glad I didnt have them do it because Bobby didnt notice anything wrong with them. They do great work and are all great guys. Was charged exactly what I was quoted. Great that there are honest mechanics still out there we will continue to go here for all of our automotive needs

K They earned four stars for the following two reasons: 1. There was a grinding sound while breaking for yeeears. I took the vehicle to five other mechanics, all of whom did not fix the grinding noise. Dickinson’s fixed it. 2. They didn’t even want to do the repair because the vehicle is “pretty krusty” underneath and I would be better off putting the money towards something else. I explained what the vehicle would be used for and they agreed it seemed reasonable to complete the repair. No more grinding while breaking! Thank you! And thank you for being honest instead of just doing a repair on an old jalopy and charging me a million dollars.

Beth Johnson My vehicle broke down on Niagara Falls Blvd on a Saturday. Had to towed to kolb automotive. Called Monday morning explained to Scott what happened. He called me that afternoon let me know it was my water pump and thermostat that needed to be replaced. He was upfront and very honest about what needed to be done and the cost. He did explain it wouldnt be fixed until probably Thursday. I explained i use my vehicle but would figure something out for those few days. Well to my surprise Tuesday early evening Scott called to tell me my vehicle was done. It has ran great since no issue.

Ken Pagels I took my 2014 explorer in for repairs that happened from a front end collision and while there I wanted rear trunk touched up. After getting the car back I started noticing things that were not right the hood and bumper have fish eyes and bubbles the windshield piller covers vibrate when driving down the road,they buffed out things and the paint has spots that are like worn through, theres 3 places that I see grey primer,the trunk has runs in the paint the drivers side fender is bowed out,trim has huge gaps,Im not impressed with there work and wish I had time to take car back but usually if its something not done right the first time then its not worth going back

They handle all the insurance supplements. But the biggest surprise came when we picked the vehicle up!!!! They detailed the vehicle and it looked and smelled like the day we picked it up from the dealership. Thank you to everyone at Select Collision. I highly recommend them if you ever need any collision work. (Heck, Im going to see if they will detail my other vehicle)

We were almost 2 hours from home and didnt know anyone or anything about where we were i had 4 kids with me and was scared. He totally could have taken advantage of our bad situation. Mattison White I went in for an inspection well aware I was going to have to dump some money into my car for it to pass. Sam, Chris & the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I appreciate the fact they send you a detailed quote for you to look over and read exactly what is wrong with your car and what needs to be replaced, pricing, labor etc. I had to come back about a month later for a broken strut (I knew it was going to happen) and again the guys were great, got me in quickly. They didn’t make me feel like an idiot for asking questions or that I’m “just a girl” who doesn’t know much about cars. I had confidence going in there. Sarah Sanchez I came here once because they could squeeze me in quickly for my inspection. Just got my oil changed here today. Sherri and Bill are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. They had me in and out quickly, after helping me find the reasonable pricing for new windshield wipers when I told them I needed them replaced. They filled up my wiper fluid, filled my tires with air as the sensor indicated low air pressure on the back tires, assisted with my pesky rear license plate light, and were both incredibly informative. They let me know about how long before I would need new tires, how they are performing and if they needed rotating or not, informed me of the different deals that are typically going on for tires, and gave me quote so that I know what to save for tires before my next inspection. Sherri answered all my questions about the best types of tires for my vehicle and our area/typical weather. They also give reminders on when inspections or registrations are up which is very helpful. Bill pulled by vehicle right up to the door when finished. They go the extra mile and I left feeling much more knowledgeable about my vehicle maintenance and relieved that all of the little issues I was having had been addressed and fixed during my oil change.

Bradley Haggerty Brought my vehicle here to address noises coming from under the hood. I spent $400 on a water pump replacement. When they did the water pump replacement they dropped a bolt inside my timing belt housing, which ate up the belt. This may have been done intentionally so I would have to come back, but I would never come back here. After I got my car back I could tell something was wrong from the noise and smoke coming from under the hood. I had to spend another $400 for a good mechanic to redo the water pump job correctly. I also had to spend another $450 to have the timing belt problem fixed. Despite this mechanic previously having only positive testimonials, I ended up paying this mechanic to damage my car. I left this mechanic with more problems than I started with. They do not care, they want to separate you from your money, and get you off their property and out of their hair asap. If you read this and then choose to go there for a repair, then you have no one to blame but yourself for what is about to happen to you.

My Name Is Alec Not very comfortable looking. The "waiting area" was nothing but a dirty looking couch and I was afraid I was going to catch something from going into the bathroom, but they brought in a cute dog. On the other hand they get the job done. I just needed new tires put on my car, so it was nothing complex. Took about an hour and a half. Edit: About a year or two later I called to have an oil change done, but was declined due to the above review. Oh, well. It is what it is.

Paddleboard Adventures Price gouger. Out of state car broke down in Batavia, and insurance company towed to nearby Parises Auto. Parises cant fix, but wanted $125 to tow 1/2 mile down the road to a competent auto repair shop. No concern or care for my daughter, and threatened storage fees if not taken care of.
