Ava Bashant I needed a mobile home towed on top of a foundation and after being told "no" by many tow truck drivers due to the tricky angles and maneuvering, Rons Body and Paint came out with a truck. The young man who towed it was very knowledgeable and patient and did it slowly and precisely so nothing was damaged. I highly recommend.

Suzy Q Until today, my family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Rons for YEARS and have never had any issues - we have always felt heard and satisfied with the work that was completed along with the communication from the shop to the point where we have recommended this shop to MANY others via word of mouth. Today I went to pick up my car and had some questions about the charges before I paid - Mary at the front desk quickly started getting frustrated and being rude, then calls a young tech who worked on my vehicle in to explain the charges which he couldnt fully do. I requested to speak with the owner Ron for better clarification, which was denied, and told that I had to "go through her [Mary]." Mary then threatened to keep my car as I was "refusing" to pay and told me that she would now only accept cash from me due to "how I was acting". When I responded that I didnt have cash on me, she responded with "well then you can walk". After explaining that if I used my debit card it would pull the money automatically, she gave me an "Authorization" form to charge my card - I had never filled one of these out for work on my car previously so I read through it first and noticed that the bottom of the page stated something such as "by signing here, you are agreeing to be satisfied by the services provided". I brought up to Mary that I felt uncomfortable signing the form as I was NOT satisfied with the services and was requesting to, again, speak with somebody for more clarification on what the specific charge was for. Mary again refused to let me speak with the owner Ron and threatened to call my "parents" because "they have more sense" - I am a 30 year old woman and have always handled my own car maintenance so Im confused why this statement was even made. I then agreed to call my mom for guidance on the situation and while on the phone, Mary and the tech were laughing at what I was telling my mom and threatening to call the cops on me - SOLELY for asking for clarification on why I was charged the fee. I ended up paying simply to get my keys back but I can guarantee my family members and I will NEVER step foot into this shop again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. This was the most extremely unprofessional, unnecessary, uncomfortable, and disrespectful interaction that I have ever had as a customer. My car still has both problems I brought it in for because they "couldnt figure out exactly what was wrong" and that they have IDEAS of what it COULD be but that I would need to take my vehicle to a Subaru dealership in order to *actually* figure out the problem. Very disappointed not only about the lack of fixing my car, but mostly at the way Mary handled this situation.. no word from Ron. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Additionally, I was contacted by the owner Ron who stated that if I removed the review he would THEN make things right and refund me the money for the work that was NOT COMPLETED (and yes, he admitted to this as well).
