1 /5 Miya Bri: do not come here at all ! very shady people some blonde spanish lady gave me JUST A BLOWOUT and hair wrap then charged me 70 DOLLARS FOR JUST THAT and walked off with attitude. they’re not worth the money and will definitely not be returning here. will just be sticking to the old spot i was going to next to 7 eleven. they don’t charge that and the service is way better .

5 /5 Ayanna Ellison: I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews and gave this salon a chance. 10/10 wash and blowout for a great price. My mom and I were both in and out in about 2 hours, which is good considering they were a bit busy. Definitely recommend coming here, lovely ladies!

1 /5 Tiesha Hills: I came here to dye my hair ginger(orange tone) and the lady destroyed my hair. She bleached it to death and did a color correction at the same time. I immediately noticed my hair was thin, however it didn’t begin falling out until a few weeks later. No matter the moisturizer, the routine I couldn’t get it to stop. The younger lady explained to me that my hair was too damaged to be saved, she apologized to death but it couldn’t save my hair. long story short, I had to cut my hair so much I literally cried in the chair. She cut it for free, she even did a treatment for free, but it didn’t change anything. I’ve never stepped foot in here again…I wouldn’t recommend anyone get anything but a wash and set if you want to keep your hair.

1 /5 Just Love: Saturday 05/04/2024 5:30pm I took my mother to this salon. we signed in at the desk. We sat down and about 20 minutes goes by and a lady comes in that spoke Spanish now were both waiting but the lady never goes to the desk to sign in. Then an employee comes to a chair to roll a customers hair and she keeps cutting her eyes at the three of us, and she finishes rolling the customers hair. The Spanish lady says something to her in spanish, the employee walks away then turns back and calls the lady to the back to wash her hair. I stood up and said we were here before her. The employee that took the lady never came to address the issue another employee and the customer that was taken before us came asking us not to leave. I told them both I cant and will not do business in a place that your language means more then the right way to do business. In 2024 in Carnasie Brooklyn nothing hasnt really changed just the people and the races DONT EVER SHOP WHERE YOU FEEL VIOLATED!!
