05-2025 505 Dental Associates in List 19 Dentist Open Saturday in Bronx, NY EZ DENTAL CARE, P.C. - Bronx Brenda Cox: I recently visited EZ Dental and while the patient care was good, the wait times were absolutely ridiculous. The staff was friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my appointment. However, despite my scheduled time, I ended up waiting for over an hour before being seen. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend so much time in the waiting room when you’ve made an appointment. That said, the quality of care I received once I was seen was pleasant. If they can address the issue with wait times, this experience could be much better.
Your Bronx Dentist - Bronx lisa pandy: I had a great experience. My first day was very encouraging. Everyone professional and gentle starting with the hygienist, and the X-rays not at all what I expected. I’m very pleased with my root canal, The Doctor is very knowledgeable. I’ve been looking for a good dentist for years and glad I found this group. The office is very clean and you’re seen quickly. Great for children or if you have sensitive gum.
Dr. Esperanza A. Rodriguez, DDS - Bronx ohasis Claxton: I had an excellent experience at Dr. Rodriguez office. The place is very clean and the staff are very professional, helpful and lovely. The hygienist was very nice person and she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I really recommend this place.
S&B Dental Group P.C. - Bronx Alexandra Robertson: I had a rescheduled appointment at 9am. It’s currently 11:41am and I STILL HAVENT BEEN SEEN ! This is my second time calling out of work to get my cavities done. Last week , the doctor was MIA supposedly in the ER. Okay - understandable , life happens. But even with that situation .. once the receptionist was aware , she should have followed up with every patient booked for that day and let them know before time. Instead , everyone came in to be turned around. Now .. here I am a week later , arrived on time & JUST WASTING MY TIME WAITING 2 HOURS just to get a service done.
Comfort Dental Care - Bronx Joalie: If I could give zero stars I would. I was seen today dr lajara CUT MY FACE 2x upper right lip and bottom left lip ! What in the absolute hell.. in all my 28 years never has a dentist cut my face its minor hopefully won’t leave a scar but still that’s bizarre. He was very rough and messy it was actually scary and very uncomfortable. I’ve never ever experienced a cleaning like the one he gave me. Wouldn’t go here if my life depended on it.
Concerned Dental Care of the Bronx - Bronx Yacely Jimenez: I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning on March 17, 2025, for March 26, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. I received two confirmation text messages—one on the day I scheduled and another on March 19—both confirming my 3:30 p.m. appointment.
However, on March 24, I received a text asking me to confirm my appointment, but now it listed the time as 3:00 p.m. I didn’t think much of it, assuming they just wanted patients to arrive early. Then, on the day of my appointment, I got another text “reminding” me of my appointment, except now the time had changed again—to 2:00 p.m.
Concerned, I called at 1:20 p.m., but no one answered. Since I had originally scheduled for 3:30 p.m., I assumed this was just a system glitch. I took the afternoon off work and paid for an Uber to get to the office, only to be told upon arrival that “there’s no 3:30 appointment today.” I even showed the front desk my original confirmation, but all they said was that it looked like my appointment time “kept going down,” and that the doctor had already left for the day. No apology, no explanation—just a complete waste of my time and money.
No one called to inform me the doctor would be leaving early or to ask if I could come in at the new time. Instead, they let me show up expecting my scheduled appointment, only to turn me away. The front desk offered to reschedule for the next day, but I couldn’t take more time off work for something that was their mistake. The next available appointment was April 24, which was nearly a month away. I will be canceling that appointment and finding a new dentist.
I’ve been to this office before, and I remember the long wait times, difficult phone scheduling, and disorganized appointments. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after nearly three years, hoping things had improved—but clearly, they have not. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for patients’ time is unacceptable. A healthcare facility should operate with respect and efficiency, but this office repeatedly fails in both areas. I truly hope they make changes for the sake of future patients, but as for me, I won’t be returning.
Smile Crafters - The Bronx - Bronx Ashley McKie: Dr Kim was super helpful and informative! However the woman at the front desk seems like she hates her job and was rude not only to me, but to her other male coworker at the desk. Front desk clerks are there to provide customer service and help not attitude and passive aggression.
Bridgeway Dental - Bronx M.R.: I love this dentist (Doc) and staff. Im so comfortable when there they are all so friendly and professional and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in a d immediately stop what they are doing a d greet you. so happy with the outcome of my new venners "They are the best"
Bonita Sonrisa Dental IPA - Bronx Janicebell Ulerio: If I can give zero stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people are scammers. When I was younger I had a front chipped tooth from an accident and I came here numerous times to have my tooth fixed. Every time the tooth would only last one or two weeks the most and the piece of tooth would fall off. It was literally like if they used Krazy Glue!! I had to spend several years of my teenage years with a front chipped tooth which was embarrassing!! All they care about is charging your insurance and overbook people. They don’t even care that the wait is 5-6 hours until they see you. If you are coming here bring breakfast lunch and dinner, you’re going to be here the whole day and night. My parents have also had bad experiences with this dentist for more serious things like crowns and implants. Like me they had to go somewhere else or even out of the country to get the job done for the second or fourth time! These people really don’t know what they’re doing and this practice should be investigated immediately. Ninguna bonita sonrisa
