1 /5 Rebecca: There’s no professional attention to nail details or how to handle different situations. A good nail technician does more than just paint color on nails. This is not worth the price. The surface of my nail extensions is really uneven, and 2 or 3 of them are even crooked，The first photo is the reference I gave them, and the second one is what they actually did.

2 /5 Aisha: Honestly, I’m sad. This was my first time trying this salon, and I’m disappointed. I paid $154 total ($130 before tip) for French tips, and it hasn’t even been a week, yet they’ve already turned this tan/stained color. On top of that, I got severely sick after visiting this salon. While their nail utensils seemed fresh and clean, I don’t believe their hand resting stations were properly sanitized. Now I’m fighting the worst flu I’ve ever had—with stained tips. I really wanted to love this place, so bad :/. But now I’m sick and unhappy. :( (zoom in to see the stains)

Their attention to detail I receive every time I come keeps me coming back . They both go above and beyond to take care of me They both make me feel very special every time The service is quick and the rest of the staff are very friendly.

2 /5 Geraldine Navarrete: I got an appointment at 4:30 pm and although the greeting was nice, the technicians werent the happiest when doing their job. They seemed to be annoyed by me and my boyfriend not wanting to get the pedicure even though we only scheduled manicure and french manicure. The lady who did my boyfriends nails wasnt as welcoming, and the work they did on my nails didnt come out as I wouldve expected. Ive had my french nails done before and even though the colors and form was nice, I think the technique for drying and polishing the nails werent properly executed. They werent also happy with our tip amount, but we tipped for the quality of the work.
