I called them looking for not so easy to find parts.(2013 MINI Cooper S). They went the extra mile to email/ text me the picture of the of the part I was looking for to make sure it was a correct part. Shipping was super fast( now granted I was 8 hr car ride away, so shipping to other parts of country may be longer). I had my parts the next day. I did call before noon as well, which helped it being next day. But the way it was packed was amazing as well they took extra time and care to make sure my parts made it to me in one piece and made sure nothing moved in shipping. If I could show you a picture of how it was packed I would, but trust me when i saw nothing was moving. I always pick up a package when I get it and shake it, just to see what moves. NOTHING moved when I shook it. There was more time and care that went into packing my parts than I expected AMAZING IN MY BOOK!!! As far as price, from a guy that does stuff in his own driveway. Wow amazing. Can’t compete with you pull it places. I definitely found my new parts place for my out of warranty MINI Cooper. Again can’t say enough about A-Automotive from Mayville,NY. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Emily Diamond: Ive taken my car here multiple times and have had great service at a great price. However this morning I left in tears due to miscommunication and poor customer service. I made an appointment to drop my car off at 8:30 am to get inspected and to get my tires changed. I arrived and was immediately told that my appointment was not for Monday, but for Tuesday, and that they couldnt change my tires because their tire machine was down. I told the man that the girl I spoke to on the phone must have made a mistake, only to hear "No she didnt, she never makes mistakes, ever. I was right there when she told you the tire machine was down." I would not have made an appointment for Tuesday, the plan was to drop it off on Monday and pick it up on Tuesday, not that my appointment was for Tuesday. Even still, I would have just laughed it off as a simple mistake if I was not treated with such malice.
