2 /5 Emily Diamond: Ive taken my car here multiple times and have had great service at a great price. However this morning I left in tears due to miscommunication and poor customer service. I made an appointment to drop my car off at 8:30 am to get inspected and to get my tires changed.
I arrived and was immediately told that my appointment was not for Monday, but for Tuesday, and that they couldnt change my tires because their tire machine was down. I told the man that the girl I spoke to on the phone must have made a mistake, only to hear "No she didnt, she never makes mistakes, ever. I was right there when she told you the tire machine was down."
I would not have made an appointment for Tuesday, the plan was to drop it off on Monday and pick it up on Tuesday, not that my appointment was for Tuesday. Even still, I would have just laughed it off as a simple mistake if I was not treated with such malice.
