Back down to 2 stars. Appointment from March was rescheduled by them to April 22nd. I got a call on April 21st asking me to reschedule to June. Office is not actually open at the scheduled hours above. I called and they said that they do not have set weekly hours and it is effectively only "by Appointment" (which can change suddently)

The owner took the time to schedule me a cleaning visit with one of their dentists. When I arrived I noticed that there was a complete changeover in the staff from my last visit in June. They provided a comfortable experience (cleaning). And listed to my concerns and examined those areas in more detail and let me know my options goign forward. They did not pressure me to take a full set of x-rays, but did take a single x-ray at my request.
I am looking forward to my next visit. The owner called me personally to followup. If you have any issues that the office staff are not responding too I would recommend calling the main office number and ask to speak to the owner. (I would also recommend the owner respond to comments here as well, offering to follow up on any recent negative reviews)

I was able to speak with the owner after I called the main office number, having not recieved a response at all. Initially I ws informed that the office manager at this location would not schedule me to come in or talk with me until I deleted this review. I then clarified that I now urgently needed to speak to the owner since that request is a violation of googles terms of service.
I was able to talk to the owner and I explained to them in detail what occured. They were unaware of any of it. They acknowledged that being asked to delete the review to have my complaint considered or be a client again was not appropriate, and they would be talking to their staff about it. They made an appointment for me to see the dentist (not hygenist) for a cleaning. I can update the review after that visit.

After having an issue and feeling very uncomfortable and unheard I asked to speak to the owner at least 10 times and multiple staff members ignored my request (would not even acknowledge I asked)
