5 /5 Kim: I recently moved to this side of the island and needed a new dentist since my previous dentists was My dentist was all the way in Brooklyn. Let me just say I’m super sentsitive and very picky when it comes to choosing a dentist lol . … so I called to make an appointment and they accommodated me very quickly . Easy check in , clean office & latest technology. Receptionist were helpful and nice , Xray tech was also nice and quick with the process . The hygienist gave me the best cleaning ever and She was very thorough . Then I met with the Doc Ganna , she was sweet and very knowledgeable. Im super sensitive and have tons to get done but I’m confident and comfortable with the team . so glad I found this gem of an office . Great experience here today :) thanks ladies !!

5 /5 Nicolette Lezzo: I absolutely love this facility. The entire office is clean as can be and totally spotless. Dominique was my hygienist today and she is absolutely incredible. She’s is so knowledgeable of everything she does and explains everything as she is doing it. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. The dentist himself is wonderful and truly a gem. He is honest and wouldn’t steer you in the wrong direction. I highly recommend Oakwood dental arts 10/10

5 /5 Jaclyn Marcello: I just came from mine and my son’s appointment, and had to add to my review. I do not know how there are 4.6 stars they should 100% have 5 out of 5!!!!!! The entire office is friendly and professional. The wait time is so quick. Most importantly my son does not like needles or any type of procedure to the point where he used to have to be sedated in the past. Dr. Rao is so phenomenal my son didn’t even flinch!!!!! I can not recommend this office enough!!!! Great office from cleanliness to the staff!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Aysha Naveed: my sister has been going here for years so i switched over due to severe tooth pain I’ve been having. my mom scheduled the appt for me and once i got there we realized it was two weeks out. the receptionists are so so nice and still squeezed me in anyway - the entire staff was extremely efficient and super kind. the x ray tech explained to me what he was doing and warning me for discomfort before putting the bite piece in which I really appreciated. dentist was also super super efficient and took me seriously when I pointed out which tooth on the x rays was bothering me, and when I said I thought my wisdom teeth were coming in and bothering me. He recommended a root canal and had me schedule a follow up - all of that was done in under an hour and a half, great team all around. will update post next appts but honestly even from this first appt I can tell they’re definitely worth the 5 stars.

Valerie: I had a disappointing experience with Dentist Nag. I was accepted as a new patient with a filling that had fallen out, expecting it to be replaced to prevent further decay. However, I was informed that it wouldnt be filled because it required a crown. When I expressed my concern about not being able to get multiple crowns in one visit, I was told that I would need a root canal by my next appointment. I feel this approach was not in my best interest. He said he’d rather let my tooth decay (until he sees me again), then to fill it, (to prevent further decay). He was hungry for making a quick buck. They do not care about their patients here, they care about money. Patients beware.

Reception is consistently greeting you with a smile, always kind and helpful in regards to making an appointment and will even call you if there is an available appointment sooner which I always appreciate. The hygienist and assistants are wonderful and of course both of the dentists here are professional, kind, gentle and will even follow up the next day with you to see how you’re feeling when you get a procedure done. You can see either dentist here because they both provide excellent care. How many other offices can you say actually makes sure their patients care is priority. I have switched my family over to this dentist (including two kids) because they really are that great.
