This isn’t about their stylists or their stylists abilities, it’s about the greedy practices of their business. My stylist left this salon and I followed her to her new salon. Pretty Parlor contacted me and asked if I’d like to keep my appointment, with them, with a new stylist, I said no.
They did NOT cancel my appointment and if I had not noticed, I would have paid a no show fee; even though I canceled it ! Their greedy actions show what kind of a business this is. Very upsetting. It’s unfortunate that they are willing to scam clients.
Be wary of coming here.
