Maria Padula: I visited on 1/2/25 with my son and the woman that helped us was amazing. Im sorry I didnt get her name. She was super patient and explained everything very thoroughly. She kept our documents and called us back to her window between other clients while we obtained additional insurance docs that we needed. She changed my sons address for us as well. Much less stressful experience than a typical visit to the DMV. I am so thankful!

Stacie Gittens: While receiving and making thousands of phone calls, answering emails and sending emails the DOH is doing a great job at educating the public. My phone call today on a Sunday, relieved me of some of my fears. Made me feel like my concerns mattered. Thank you all for your time and due diligence. Thank you for all you do.

Sarah: As someone who had been a military spouse for many, many years I can say Ive seen my fair share of doctors, good and bad. I cannot STAND this man. Hes rude. He constantly interrupts. Rushes out just as quickly as he bursts in. Gave him a couple chances, and all I can say is that Im a glutton for punishment. Staff, however, is awesome. Shame they have to work with such a pompous jerk!

Sarah Jacka: If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had such a negative interaction with a doctor. After being instructed by my primary to call over the weekend Dr Wehrle was the doctor on call. I was told "this is not something to call about"and "I should be bothering him at 6am for this". It wasnt 6am and he was on call. Not my problem. My doctor instructed me to call for medication over the weekend and this doctor made me feel like a complete inconvenience to him. He wouldnt even send in the medication to boot. 0/5 stars from me. It makes me consider leaving all RGH practices so I dont ever have to come into contact with him again.

Such friendly staff it felt like they were family! Sara E is one of the nurses that comes to mind, she was so awesome through the whole experience while my fiance was giving birth, even left our daughter a birthday card!

Juliani Garcia: ****** Management Please Read *******Excellent Service First Off I’d like to give the staff their credit we had a pretty hectic Baby Delivery and I write this as she is still in intensive Care But I’d Like to Give WPH Valet Darnell who went and made life a little easier for me. He went above and beyond during after Hours after having unsatisfactory Help at the 2 other Valet stations I stopped at before him . Not only was he very helpful and knowledgeable He gave me Solutions to my Problems and went Beyond that and Helped me more than I could have asked for and such a good Human. To management he deserves a raise he is the type of staff u want to represent your hospital he even refused to take a tip. Ty Darnell you have no idea how a small gesture can mean a lot to others.

Amy Coghlan: Dr. Synder was great. Unfortunately the experience making the appointment was awful!! Its very difficult to get them on the phone. When I finally did the lady was so unprofessional. My couple of weeks old baby started crying (as they do) and I wasnt fast enough to settle him or call out my insurance details to her. She thought she put me on hold but instead I heard everything she said about me to her colleague including judging me for making a phone call while my baby was crying and also commenting that she couldnt understand me because I was foreign and had an accent. For the record, Im a native english speaker. I just dont speak like an American. Not the experience Id wish on any other newly postpartum mom.

Juanita Sumpter: Dr. Lee is absolutely the best Dr. for injuries and pain management. I especially appreciate how Dr. Lees goal is to get to the source of the injury and relieve the pain without just writing a prescription for pain medications. His holistic approach is inclusive of physical therapy, practicing proper body mechanics, hot and cold therapies, stretching, massage and teaching his patients proper body form and alignment when going about the activities of daily living. Dr. Lee is a prime example of how a doctor who believes in and practices total body wellness for the best outcomes for his patients. Thank you Dr. Lee and your caring and compassionate staff for taking such good care of your patients!

Mark Linde: My mother has been a patient at WPH on three occasions over the past few years for the same recurring leg wound, swelling and infection. She was competently and successfully treated the first two times after 1 week and 10 day stays respectively. The recent visit, however, was terrible. Though the staff was friendly, there was no concerted effort to treat my mothers issue. Sure, they pumped her with antibiotics and put some ointments on but there was no other treatment protocol. After two days with no improvement, we had to ask why her leg wasnt elevated or wrapped..."Thats a good idea" was their response. The morning after wrapping the leg well and elevating we saw the first sign of improvement...swelling down and some redness fading. The next night, however, the nurse doing the wrapping did an awful job and even cut the tape with her teeth! It, of course came right off during sleep and provided no benefit. After another day of minimal care and little improvement, my mother called to tell me they were sending her home! I spoke to the doctor and expressed my concern about sending her home when her leg was still grossly swollen and red but was assured that the oral antibiotics taken at home would help. "If it was my mother, I would be comfortable sending her home" he said. This 88 year old woman has been home for 4 days now with the leg as red and swollen as it was the day she entered the hospital. Now, I will have to figure out the next step in trying to get proper treatment.
