    Mike S: Jackson, Ellie and the staff are amazing. They are beyond accommodating to whatever needs you want. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at royal nails. I would recommend going here for your nail needs. The pedicures and manicures are both wonderful. The designs I have wanted have been accommodated anytime I have asked. They are super friendly as well. If I have any issues they have always corrected them at no charge and with no issues. I love it here

    Abby Markham: Iā€™ve been an iNails customer for over 2 years. Theyā€™re usually fine, and get me out in record time! However, today, I had a horrible experience. I got an angry phone call while I was on my way for being TWO minutes late to my appointment. I got yelled at for ā€œnot keeping my hand still enoughā€ (3 times). I made an appointment with a friend, and was placed across the salon from her. When I was talking to my friend, he audibly sighed multiple times, as if I was inconveniencing him. I was told I couldnā€™t have almond shape on my nails, due to the size of my hand/nails(?). My two hands were not compared and my entire left set of nails is longer than the right. And finally was charged extra for ā€œshapingā€. (Doesnā€™t every manicure require some kind of shaping?) By the way, this was a $70 manicure, not including my generous tip for this experience. Lost a longtime customer today. Horrible customer experience.

    Heidi Mirz: Need to know Spanish! First time in my nails cracked for Dip Powder Second in;The next day 7 out of 10 dip powder nails cracked. I got a Full Refund of $45 after I agreed that they would take off their work off my nails. Leaving me with short fragile nails.

    Betsy Salcedo: The attention of Elizabeth was awesome. I highly recommend asking for her at the front desk. She did 2 nails of the colors I was thinking to get to pick the one I liked the better. She removed all the paint carefully and was very communicative. The price and quality are worth it. Will come back to try lashes and eyebrows because they do that here as well.

    Denise Ferrari: $53 and all I asked for was a gel polish change. The sign said $28. Took over an hour and this photo is the next day. Dull, no shine. Discolored as the polish they used was very old and separated apparently. Awful results.

    Seth Peters: Went in yesterday to get my nails done with my mother and I got a basic manicure. I will never go back. I hated it all . She did the bare minimum. Worst manicure Iā€™ve ever had.
