However, today, I had a horrible experience. I got an angry phone call while I was on my way for being TWO minutes late to my appointment. I got yelled at for ānot keeping my hand still enoughā (3 times). I made an appointment with a friend, and was placed across the salon from her. When I was talking to my friend, he audibly sighed multiple times, as if I was inconveniencing him. I was told I couldnāt have almond shape on my nails, due to the size of my hand/nails(?). My two hands were not compared and my entire left set of nails is longer than the right. And finally was charged extra for āshapingā. (Doesnāt every manicure require some kind of shaping?) By the way, this was a $70 manicure, not including my generous tip for this experience. Lost a longtime customer today. Horrible customer experience.
