Deanna Parker: Chrysler Treasure Auto did what multiple Firestone locations couldn’t do. They took the time to really figure out why my car was vibrating so much. I have had my car balanced multiple times at a few Firestone locations with continual shaking…like really bad. Jim continued to update me on the progress. They took the wheels off and said there were weights placed all over and in really weird places. They rebalanced as well as changed my rear brakes which I knew needed changed as they were wearing unevenly and had a lot of rust, but Firestone kept telling me they were fine. The proof is in the pictures. Thank you so much to Jim and others that worked on my vehicle. Best service I’ve received in a long time and one of the best prices around.
