I never have a very long wait from when my appointment is scheduled which is nice because it shows they value your time. Every time I’ve had to have work done, Dr. Stoica explains what’s happen and is very attentive to ensure I’m experiencing no pain. Great dental office!

1 /5 chance mitchell: Would give it a 4 atleast if it wasn’t for the most miserable receptionist you would have ever encountered. The dentistry would seem so much better especially with the nice nurses and Dr. It’s like two different worlds when talking in the back vs talking to her upfront or on the phone . I would recommend getting rid of her if you want your business more approachable. I have nor anyone I recommended has ever had a good experience with her.

5 /5 Steve Lopian: I have been going to Dr. Stoica since 2013 and have always had a great experience. They are incredibly responsive to emergencies which I consider very important. I have had a tooth extraction, a root canal, a bridge, cavity fillings, a crown, and more, and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Alltown Dental.

Christina Joy: I made dental appointments for my kids that were new patients and confirmed their appointments with a receptionist a few days before their appointment. When we showed up I was told that they cancelled the appointments and they had sent me a letter saying they did not want to take my kids on as new patients. The receptionist said it was due to a past bill (which had to be from 5 plus years ago because I just moved back to buffalo). I didn’t get the letter until the day after the appointment because they sent it out two days before our appointment. My issue is if there was a past bill why didn’t the billing department contact me to reconcile it before the appointment but instead they send a letter 2 days before the appointment and give no option to reconcile the bill?! I’m so disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism.
