Steven Dutcher: 2023 GMC Sierra - Engine Replacement with less than 25,000 miles My experience with Bidleman Service department was one of the worst I have ever had when needing service completed on my GM vehicle. The customer service I received from the service department was so disappointing. I constantly had to call to get updates on my vehicle only to be told their service techs had to be pulled off my vehicle to work on other things, the service manager I interacted with was incredibly unprofessional with how he spoke to me and handled this service and to top it off when I finally got the call to pick up my truck, after almost 2 months of waiting for it, the truck was not given back to me in good condition. My steering wheel wasn’t in alignment, they had broke a clip to hold a wire harness that connected to the engine and decided that zip tying it the broken clip would be a good idea, my front plastic body piece under the grill was not installed correctly after the work and I had paint chips on my driver side door from a tech opening my door into a lift when they were servicing it. Safe to say I will never return to Bidlemans when I need any kind of service work completed on my vehicles or when I am in the market for a new vehicle.
Walmart Auto Care Centers - Albion
Harry Hands: Multiple bad experiences over 10+ years. I have had enough. First ever visit was 2011ish. I took my mothers vehicle in for her to get her 4 new tires. Quick service and all seemed well. I dont recall if she had me get the tire protection plan but not important. The days following install 2 tires had slow leaks. My mother took her van in for warranty repair herself to see why they were leaking, if she ran over something.... After a lengthy wait she said they brought the car in, said the beads were leaking and reseated the beads for free. Slow leaks in same tires days after "repair." She again went back and this time the guy said to my mom "YOUR RIMS ARE BAD, YOU NEED NEW RIMS" And she said they added "If those two rims are bad, the others "aint" far behind." My Mother in her 70s at the time believed it, went to a DEALERSHIP for 4 new rims and the price for new rims there was over $1,600. Even though at the service/parts counter they told her she would be better off getting rims from a salvage yard my mom insisted on new... BUT the service guy (God bless him) suggested they try the tire repair themselves first. New valve stem guts and cleaning the beads (both were leaking after Albion Walmart tire center repair) and all was well. A second incident of tire leaks after my daughter bought tires and my daughter said she tried to get the leaks repaired and she described to me that in a deep southern accent he deflected responsibility for careless install and claimed, "ITS PROBLY REE-IMS." WHICH BRINGS ME TO today.... 12/30/23. Poor service, computer said tires were in stock, BUT he came out and said he had bad news... none in stock. I dont believe it. I just think they didnt want the first thing in the morning work load. So many other times of being promised service just to find out "someone called in sick" or "we dont have the staff".... "New tire purchasing customers take priority OVER warranty repair customers. Sit in the waiting room and well get to you when we can." I am not stepping foot in that lack of work ethic place again.

    Whites Car Care - Oswego
    Whites Car Care
Julia Counterman: I have used Whites decades ago but this time my experience was not as great. Our Jeep was finished midway through the day. I was surprised at the speed at getting the job done but was disappointed with the work. See pictures. Also, we dropped it with seat covers and thought they would put them back on. Instead they were piled up on a wet rubber mat we have to protect the carpets. They also left a wet cloth in the back.
The Car Shop of Oswego - Oswego
Annakin: I can not say enough good things about this place. Being female, car repair places have always tried to rip me off. I went to 2 big main repair places, each said I need a different things which prompted me to go to "The Car Shop." Not only didnt I need the expensive repairs , it was a very inexpensive fix. It is so refreshing to go to a repair place not worrying if I am going to have have to spend a ton of money on unneeded reapairs. He is very honest and will even tell me when something can wait to be repaired. So glad I dumped the big repair places and have stop getting ripped off:)

Claudia Morley: Ken was great! He explained everything to me in detail, and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. He was very quick with the repairs, and the price was very reasonable for what needed to be done! I would recommend him to anyone with car issues, locally owned businesses are the way to go! Ive had a better experience with this shop than Ive ever had at Monroe Muffler and this was my first visit.
    Munski Automotive - Oswego
Wendy Johnson: Quick turn around considering all the work that was needed. Explained all necessary work.
    Murphys Automotive Solutions - Oswego
Timothy P. Moxley: I brought my 04 TSX in to Murphys thinking it was the crankshaft pulley that was negatively impacting my A/C unit. I bought the part had it delivered and turns out NOPE it was that, it was a $17. sensor. Tims mechanic sussed it out and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price of the Crank pulley replacement. Who does that any more.!!?? Excellent Service again they noticed my Inspection timed out so they handled that too. High Five Stars all around Your Team rocks !!
