1 /5 Steven Dutcher: 2023 GMC Sierra - Engine Replacement with less than 25,000 miles My experience with Bidleman Service department was one of the worst I have ever had when needing service completed on my GM vehicle. The customer service I received from the service department was so disappointing. I constantly had to call to get updates on my vehicle only to be told their service techs had to be pulled off my vehicle to work on other things, the service manager I interacted with was incredibly unprofessional with how he spoke to me and handled this service and to top it off when I finally got the call to pick up my truck, after almost 2 months of waiting for it, the truck was not given back to me in good condition. My steering wheel wasn’t in alignment, they had broke a clip to hold a wire harness that connected to the engine and decided that zip tying it the broken clip would be a good idea, my front plastic body piece under the grill was not installed correctly after the work and I had paint chips on my driver side door from a tech opening my door into a lift when they were servicing it. Safe to say I will never return to Bidlemans when I need any kind of service work completed on my vehicles or when I am in the market for a new vehicle.

4 /5 Rocco Gervasi: We make our appt on our app for oil and rotation, after calling to confirm, was Told by Tony (service rep) in not so good customer service mannerisms that the online coupons don’t pertain to combos of services. And that I need to print and summit at time of services for him to determine whether or not I can apply to service bill. Ever since Tony was hired by Bidleman, your communications have declined. The actual mechanic was much nicer when we arrived and led us to the new service waiting room.

4 /5 Heidi Chase: I bought my used vehicle about a year ago from here about a year ago and I’ve been pretty happy with the customer service I have received over the past year. I’m not thrilled to be charged an hour of labor to put a hose back that was unattached during a recent oil change at valvoline, but thankfully valvoline is reimbursing me for my out of pocket expense at the dealership.

Front desk guy thinks hes a multi tasking pro....nope, youre making 30 people stand around waiting for you to "do it all" while the rest of the crew stands around with their hands down their pants. He tried to charge me (because he thought Im a clueless female) $84 for each light bulb to be put in, took my 14 year old less then 4 min to pop em in...... A group of real low grade "mechanics" with zero customer service skills, zero honesty, kindness or consideration. I grew up in shops, I couldnt believe the lack of work ethic,
