1 /5 Lyca Pratt: Came for a gel manicure to get color while I’m home for the month from the military and my nails look bad, uneven, not fully covered in the gel polish and the guy who did them was pretty rude.

5 /5 Kristine Smith: Took the 90 yr old woman I am an aide for in ,for us both to have pedicures and her a manicure and myself gel acrylic. She was so happy she wants to make this "her new place." I have been there numerous times, Dan, Tina and Kim all do amazing. Im sure the rest of the staff does also.

1 /5 Melissa Myers: Three of us went for mani/pedis. We all wanted the same treatment and all got something different! The shortest was one hour and the longest was 1 hr 40 mins. Personally, my pedi took the longest! When nearing the end, my toes were stuck to the towel and obviously runined the paint. No massage! Im 9 months pregnant and came for some pampering! The worker did not correct it and ignored it. My manicure was awful! Did not shape my nails, the gel color did no go to my cuticles and doesnt cover the sides of my nails and look like they need to be redone already! He kept pushing the dryer to the edges and hitting my nails too!!! And the top coat dosent go over the edges and already chipped in less than 1 day! I truly believe he thought I havent had my nails done before. No hand massage and was told to do it myself! Truthfully, I was an avid nail customer before Covid-19 so I was fully aware of what to expect! Spoke with manager who chased me out of the store and asked that I come back to have it fixed. Again, 9 months pregnant, hungry, exhausted and live 1 hour away. I wasnt coming back to sit through that again that day or the near future. On top of that, his cell phone rang and he answered it in the midst of his conversation...HIGHLY RUDE!!! Then had the nerve to pat me on the shoulder thinking hes doing the right thing! So disappointed!!!!! Waste of money and time and so much for a relaxing girls day before the birth of my son!

2 /5 Kelly Schwartz: I went in for a gel fill. I have had this service done for years so I know the routine, and what they use (and how much). This tech used so much gel, multiple ones too, and got it all over my skin, they were bulky, and they did the white by hand. All different lengths and looked like a child painted my nails! He didn’t have me wash my hands before polishing them, and they were bumpy all over. I left so angry. I paid n didn’t make a scene cause that’s not who I am. But I will never go back there! I went to a different salon elsewhere right after and had them fixed. Even they were shocked at how they looked.

1 /5 Starr Decker: I was so in love when I first got them done. My first time ever gettin my nails done. French manicure. Later that night I started to notice a tint on my tips. Then next morning the tips were turning brown. Now they are more brown and also in the acrylic. Two days later and this is how they look... I have no clue why this has happened but it sucks. Especially paying $40. Plus a tip! Not happy :(
