This is by far the best my hair has ever looked, she’s very thorough with everything she does, and really cares about the end result, not to mention she’s so nice and makes it a point to make you feel good about yourself. I don’t think I could go to anyone else after going to her. Everyone in the salon is super friendly. As someone who’s super shy and awkward, they all made me feel so comfortable and were able to get me out of my shell which means a lot to me. I could not recommend this salon enough.

I traveled from my college down in Fredonia, NY to Buffalo and it was completely worth the trip. Their salon was so professional, official and aesthetically pleasing. It was like a hidden wonder of Buffalo. In my session there for my hair I was taught everything I truly needed to about my hair and how to take care of it in the future. I really needed to see a specialist, because I was at a point that I felt like I had to give up on locs. I didnt know how to truly how to take care of them or if they could be saved. Fortunately, I came to the right place and the stylist that I worked with - Gloria James, assisted me in educating me about my locs and she took care of them while doing so. From revealing to me why I was having breakage, how to reduce damage in the future, a regiment I need to follow to restore my health to what it could be, giving me a treatment to help my scalp and locs, restoring what locs she could in the time that she had and more. I found everything that I was looking for in my experience at this salon. I will gladly come back for another hair appointment in the future. I already have an appointment booked a month from now and Im dearly looking forward to it. Following my retwist I ended up buying a big bonnet that I could use while I was sleeping to protect my hair. I am very happy with that product as well. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a professional experience in hair care. Its worth the trip.
