1 /5 Jonathan Thomas: This place is so incredibly slow, Im here with my Fiancé and weve been here for a little over an hour and a half and her doctor still isnt here yet. What we thought was an easy check up and scans turned out to be her having to work overnight then having a appointment first thing after work and she still hasnt slept at all. Im sitting next to her while she dosing off because they are taking forever. Also not to mention, the nurses or whoever do the probe examination arent careful and are not respecting of their patients, what ever happened to the saying "let me know if this hurts"

1 /5 Miranda Rusin: Decided to give this place a try as I have been having issues for a while and thought based off their advertisement that they would be the ones to figure it all out for me. I was put on the schedule to be seen by Maureen (NP) and sent 10+ pages of pre-appt paperwork to fill out, including my concerns, family history, my medical history, etc. all of which was never referenced or even pulled out during my appt. But if you don’t complete it and return a week in advance they cancel your appt. Once I was in the freezing exam room I waited about 15 minutes in a gown. Would have rather waited in the main waiting room where I could have at least stayed dressed and warmer. If you don’t arrive 15 mins early they will reschedule your appt, but keeping naked people waiting in a cold room is okay I guess. I felt Maureen was condescending and had quite an ego. I was talked over or interrupted and basically told my concerns were invalid until I finally got the chance to explain other medical conditions/family histories that I believed were relevant to my dismissed concerns. Then told “oh, we didn’t know that about you” I still don’t understand what my next appointment involving testing is supposed to include because she speaks fast/interrupts and acts like you’re dumb and just repeats her original statements if you ask a question or for further explanation. My Pap smear was incredibly painful and caused bleeding which I have never encountered before. I felt physically and mentally uncomfortable and like a bother. I am a nurse and could not imagine treating any of my patients, or anybody at all, especially in such a vulnerable field the way I was treated today. Won’t be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

5 /5 Anna Newton: I went for an IUD, was extremely nervous and worried it would be painful, the experience was great! I was expecting to not be able to walk out of there, on the contrary! The doctor and nurse I had were amazing, very comforting. Yes I have cramps after but during the procedure I barely felt anything! Do not be scared of getting an IUD here, its a safe place and they do things right! You can tell they care about women!

2 /5 Victoria: Don’t know who Dr. Madejski is, for your annual you will be seen by a PA most likely and if you need anything prescribed that will come from yet another (nurse) practicer who you will also not meet. The annual visit was OK, I didn’t feel very comfortable in this office as they neglected to do some basic pieces of an annual visit. They also make you fill out an extensive new patient packet prior to the visit. It contains forms that can be confusing in their purpose and have a strict due date, failure to return them will cause you to lose your appointment. The waiting room was empty when I was there and it was not worth the drive personally. The experience after my annual in receiving results/ notifications was also negative, not effective, and mildly discriminatory. In the end it’s probably a fine office for what they specialize in, you get what you pay for.

5 /5 Renee Casciano: Dr Madejski and her team of providers are absolutely exceptional and I am an ICU nurse myself, so I’m extremely picky about the medical professionals for my healthcare. The office staff is amazing, so kind and so helpful. Dr Madejski is thorough, professional and compassionate and provides exceptional care. I would very highly recommend this practice for gyn care!
