My tooth came off from dentures 2nd time yesterday and I went to location in Massapequa where I got treatment, the lady on front desk told me we dont have anyone on location today and tomorrow to fix this,so you have to go to other location,
Instead of helping me she asked me to find myself from other locations where they can fix, and she told me to call myself instead of helping me to set an appointment because they are busy and it takes time, I ask her you think I am a free and I have nothing to do, then finally she helped me and got me appointment within 5 minutes,
I went to location in Carle Place where she got me appointment, and a gentleman came to me in seconds to help me which was great, which he was already aware of me to be there,
He took me inside and I told him this happened 2nd time in 3 years, he took my dentures and said we will fix immediately and Doctors is also coming to see why it happened, everything looks great
Doctor I believe his name Kamalpreet Singh came and I told him same issue,
He said Mr Dar we will fix it for you free of charge, which i dont like because I paid for that and it is still under warranty, when I ask doctor you are not doing it for free I paid for this thats why you are doing that, his attitude changed in seconds and instead of finding cause of that issue he told me I am not his patient and walked away,
Which to me was very unprofessional
Both locations needs a lot of work on customer service to go an extra step to satisfy customers.
