05-2025 Decade Dental in Best 15 Dental Clinics and Dentists in Mineola, NY - You Can Rely On update 3Zen Dentistry - Garden City Mr Williams: Stay away from this place! I went there in March to discuss resolving some spaces in my teeth. They took x-rays and we made an appointment for April to have the work done. When I arrived in April to have the work done, instead of taking care of the filling, they did crown work, which I didnt have a complaint about. The male dentist had a very poor bedside manner and I actually had to jerk the needle out of my mouth because it was so painful. I wound up paying $650 which was totally unexpected as I thought my dental insurance would pay part. A week later my dental insurance sent me a letter asking that I send it to Zendentistry so that they could provide the dentists name who did the work as well as their office location. To this date they still have NOT provided my insurance company that information, despite several calls to that office and sending the letter to them via a couple of email addresses they provided.
To top this all off, they billed me again in April for work I never had done and on a date that I have never set foot in their office. This practice is FRAUDULENT and I highly recommend against EVER going there for dental work.

He is always available in the event of a dental emergency via telephone and will assist in any way possible. I have never had a problem with any dental work he performed. Additionally, he is a kind and gentle dentist and takes especially good care of my sibling. There are not enough stars to give! I highly recommend Dr. Alexander M. Barsky.

From the very first phone call, they were so kind, accommodating and patient. Dr. Borukhova took the time to answer all of my questions, alleviate my fears and explain each step along the way. I never felt rushed or unheard. She took her time and was very detailed. Even with billing, they were upfront and explained how it could go and what to expect before even the first appointment. I can’t say enough how grateful I am to her and her entire office. Each visit or phone felt like was dealing with family. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
