5 /5 Michelle Brooks: My X-rays were done professionally, sorry I can’t remember names from today, she explained what she was doing and was pleasant making the experience a good one. The dental hygienist was amazing too. She explained why I was not getting a cleaning today. It was my first visit but was very professional and was able to get me an appointment relatively soon. Sooner than normal. She was bubbly and easy to talk to. She explained why I was using the wrong toothbrush as well. The doc was very personable and professional. The office manager was very polite and professional as well. Thank you for a pleasant experience. I look forward to my next appointment in August. ☺️

5 /5 Marli Campbell: First of all I want to start off this review with the fact that I am absolutely 100% terrified of the dentist I have been physically abused and have had teeth knocked out due to domestic violence and Ive had nothing but traumatic experiences with the dentist I was going to Aspen dental to get a new x-ray and I know this might sound silly to some people but I was actually just terrified and the night before I had a lot of nightmares again I know I was just going in for an x-ray but with all my trauma I was really scared to go in however when I went in I was greeted by the receptionist her name is Phoenix and she was very sweet to me very nice very kind caring and compassionate and the tech that did my x-ray her name is Robin she also was very kind caring and compassionate especially when I shared with them my story about my domestic abuse and my four top front teeth being knocked out and I was kicked in the face my upper dog was broken in 15 places and I let them know that although this is just an x-ray Im extremely just terrified and I was having a really bad panic attack but between Phoenix and Robin they really call me down and comforted me and I cant express that enough its the point where Robin even gave me a hug to help relax me and the doctor upon reviewing my x-rays Ill admit because I was bedridden for 2 years I have severe malnutrition and my teeth are not in good shape at all and the doctor didnt make me feel embarrassed at all and Ill be honest I suffer from low self-esteem and low self-worth because lets be honest a smile means everything to everyone its the first thing you see when you talk to somebody for the first time and I havent smiled in over 10 years since the domestic violence and my 50th birthday is coming up in July of 2025 and all I want for my 50th birthday is to be able to smile again Thats all I want thats the only gift that I want for myself and I dont have any dental insurance and Ive been trying to save and Im going to try my hardest to make this the best 50th birthday present and my only birthday present for my 50th birthday so I just want to say that everybody asking dental and horseheads was extremely kind caring compassionate they made me feel comforted they actually told me that theres no reason for me to be embarrassed and I just cant express it enough if you are somebody that is fearful of the dentist this is a place you want to go they all have really big hearts and after my x-rays and we reviewed the fact that yes all my teeth have to come out and I need a full set of dentures they reviewed the cost with me they reviewed the process with me they even went as far as to show me the room where they have the oral surgeon come down from up north and where he does the tooth extractions they told me the process and how everything will go and explain to me that Ill have IV sedation although Ill be awake I wont remember anything and that even though I went through a lot of trauma that itll be okay that three people will be there with me Ill be able to hear them the entire time and just them showing me the oral surgery room really put me at comfort and them taking the time to actually sit down with me show me the dentures show me the process it just meant the world to me and Ill be honest Ive been to other dentists and they were very crude rude judgmental and that was 3 years ago and Ill tell you it actually pushed me away from the dentist again but like I said with my 50th birthday coming up I decided Im just going to face my fears and I prayed that when I go to Aspen dental that theyre going to Good to me and they were and the alleviated my fears of going to the dentist so if you have fears of going to the dentist this is definitely the place you want to go I highly recommend Aspen dental in horseheads and I know that once I cant afford to go and Im trying my hardest to sell things so I can afford this by my 50th birthday in July this year of 2025 and Im looking forward to just giving me the gift of a smile for my 50th birthday

5 /5 Ellamae Eisenhower: Everyone at the Horseheads,NY office so friendly and helpful . I called them, on 4/7/25 to see if they could fix my upper denture because the 2 center teeth had fallen out. They made an appt. for the next day 4/8/25 at 2pm. for me. X-rays were done, Dr. looked over my lower teeth,found a couple of cavities , then a gal from the denture office came and saw my issue . She came back, told me that they could fix them and I could come back to pick them up at 4:30pm. The office manager explained the charges and that my insurance had covered everything ,so I didnt need to pay anything for what they did. It was nice to know what the insurance would cover , instead of waiting for them to approve everything before the work was done. Thank you, Aspen Dental.
