1 /5 Cathy Crawford: They do not deserve not even give them one star. This is my 2nd pair of dentures that broke. These lasted 10 months. The ones before lasted less than two weeks. It took the one day to make the new set, but they refused to make an appointment for a week, never offered walk in service. , to spend 15 min to make things right. I would have all my teeth pulled in Mexico with nothing but tequila for the pain before I come back here. Customer service is horrific. REMEMBER YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET.

3 /5 larry liess: Most of the staff there are great and very helpful. Dental assistant Carah was great she took care of my daughter and made her feel safe and calm. Dr Kim explained everything to me and even gave suggestions and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. The Hygienist was the only bad part he didn’t talk to my daughter or really talk to me he was in and walked rite back out like we ruined his day and wasted His time. That man made them get 3stars. Sorry for the rest who were amazing.

5 /5 Pat Klossner: I had 2 of my front teeth removed. My excellent Dr. Kim was, as usual very compasionate and great at his work. The office staff was very helpful in getting mean appointment. Needless to say, I am a happy client.

The office manager was great at explaining our treatment plans and how to go about paying with no stress.my husband and I became new patients and are very happy and excited for our future at Aspen dental.

I did extensive research & found 2 I thought worth a try. Next step was a first impression…1st one I called was eliminated due to aloofness of person answering the phone. I then called Dr. Mecca’s office. After speaking with Jenna I knew immediately this is the one. Everyone was so welcoming, professional and courteous. Sarah was my dental hygienist and she was wonderful, made me feel very comfortable and gave me excellent cleaning. I finally met Dr Mecca who followed all the traits of his employees but that did not surprise. Thank you all for making this a great experience!!

Dr. Mark, my dental hygienist Linda and the rest of the excellent staff at 29 Herkimer Rd have always been pleasant, efficient, organized, and most accommodating. Not one problem in 40 years. Daniela Villbow: I called due to an dental abcess which by definition is a dental emergency. Ive had for a week with meds it wasnt getting better. The lady answering the phone was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever talked to. She tells me she cant help I wasnt a patient and hangs up. So them being the only place open during the COVID-19 pandemic I call back .Same lady 10* ruder then before .saids she can not help me but in such a tone as if I had really bothered her by calling .never has a medical office been so unprofessional .Point is that these people do not care for the public in which they serve. its a tragedy that you cant find descent humans during a national crisis. I get that I wasnt a patient ok but she didnt even offer advise on pain management , the smallest thing she could have possible done and she didnt. I believe that speaks volumes to the type of people they have there.

Troy Effner: Went in for a consult on a Tooth that ive had a problem with for a while. The assistant setting me up took down detailed questions and wrote notes down. When the doctor came in he asked the same questions and never read or talked to the assistant. My expectation for good customer service is the doctor reads the notes before talking to the patient so they have context. When I was confused why he didnt read the notes or talk to the assistant the doctor replied with "You came here, you didnt ahve to come here" which tranlates to I dont need your business. And explains the lack of good customer service. He did look at my teeth and made a reccomendation for extration, but, now I dont know if that was because he wanted to get rid of me or if that was the genuine diagnosis. not getting the feeling these doctors have sworn by the hippocratic oath.
