5 /5 Randy Smith: I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Thomas P. Kearns at Associated Dental Arts in Oswego, NY! I recently broke my top lateral incisor and was pretty stressed, but Dr. Kearns came to the rescue like a true dental pro. He’s amazingly skilled and professional, choosing to save my tooth with a crown instead of pushing a pricey implant—his passion for preserving teeth whenever possible totally won me over! I felt so confident in his care, and I’m beyond thrilled with the result. The staff? Absolute rock stars—warm, welcoming, and super professional from the moment I walked in. The whole experience was fantastic, and I left with a huge smile. Dr. Kearns is hands-down my dental hero, a tooth whispering titan! And his team is the best! I’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat—run, don’t walk, to this amazing practice! PS. He even called later that evening to see if I was in any pain. How many Dentists or Doctors do that? None..

From not having access to dental care as an adolescent, I knew that getting back to a healthy and stable oral health routine would be a challenging case. I’m so thankful I did my research and found someone who was able to help me. Despite being out of network for our insurance, there have been nothing but amazing experiences since I’ve started working my way through my treatment plan. The office is very cozy and welcoming. The staff are even more welcoming. They are always going above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and are receiving the best possible care.
