Kristal Flanagan Dr. Fruce Sr. was wonderful. This was my first visit as a new patient and he took the time to go over all my concerns and make a treatment plan that we were both comfortable with. I did not feel rushed and he really listened. Everyone I interacted with at this office were super friendly and accommodating.

My hygienist I normally see (Renee) is super friendly and helpful! She’s also very gentle when working on my teeth but gets everything. Dr. Nylen listened to my concerns and offered a solution. She also got me in to do the solution before she went on vacation. Honestly can not recommend them enough!! Randy Smith I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Thomas P. Kearns at Associated Dental Arts in Oswego, NY! I recently broke my top lateral incisor and was pretty stressed, but Dr. Kearns came to the rescue like a true dental pro. He’s amazingly skilled and professional, choosing to save my tooth with a crown instead of pushing a pricey implant—his passion for preserving teeth whenever possible totally won me over! I felt so confident in his care, and I’m beyond thrilled with the result. The staff? Absolute rock stars—warm, welcoming, and super professional from the moment I walked in. The whole experience was fantastic, and I left with a huge smile. Dr. Kearns is hands-down my dental hero, a tooth whispering titan! And his team is the best! Sing King Incredible first visit! I haven’t seen a Dentist is over 8 years and was blown away by how fast and high tech & organized the patient care system was. Full XRays and 3D tooth and gum map imaging and thank god no cavities! It seemed like I was in and out in less then an hour. Def going back for more tooth work & whitening!

Ashley Bockeno Very unhappy with aspen dental. My mom had a bad infection in her mouth and I wanted her to at least be seen and prescribed medication to help with the infection, since she was already an “established patient” they turned her down. If you were a “new patient” they had available times. Mind you we were there before the place even opened thinking it was first come first serve appointments that day but clearly misinformed and also they didn’t even open on time. Don’t waist your time going here for any emergency purposes. Seems to me like all they care about is money. Fulton urgent care took good care of my mom. My recommendation is to go there they truly represent patient first there.

I would recommend anyone to this practice! The office is new, beautiful and state-of-the-art. But the dentists and staff are truly what makes this practice so outstanding!

Bonnie Bell Dr Lopez and his wife have always been professional and their office environment is clean and inviting. They let me know what needs to be done, if anything. They ask if I have any concerns and listen. Their staff is also friendly and polite. As a returning customer for the past 4 years, I would whole heartedly recommend this practice!

crystalwilson60 They seemed very nice but my 13 year old had a root canal done and they did all the appointments up to the last step which is cementing the crown and they tell me they cant help us because they are having problems With our insurance company. When they currently have my daughter crown in office and has been approved for this prior to this. They didnt even have the decency to call us to tell us they were not taking our insurance I had to call them.

Ashie Bitch Ruined my teeth in in excruciating pain and should sue theyve ruined my whole families teeth. My root canal is rotting into my jaw I have barely slept in a week and actually feel like I might be dying. Also never put my permanent crown on my root canal even though it had also been approved by my insurance I wanted it pulled so I wouldnt be in pain. They wanted the money and didnt give af about my health

Abigayle Reda They didn’t have the decency to let us know they no longer than our insurance. All they advised was there was an issue with insurance covering my already approved root canal and it should only take a couple weeks. I had to call to find out they are no longer in network. I do NOT suggest going here. The ignorance is unreal. I have been sitting here in pain waiting for them to call and to find this out, I will never go back. They don’t care about their patients!

Audrey Freightenburgh I would give negative stars if possible. Got into a head on collision at 60 mph, suffered head, chest and hip injuries. We sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before leaving and going to another hospital, there was no triage performed and there were multiple people who arrived after us that were brought in before we left. This was my second experience there. The first I went for simple sutures and I could have done a better job myself, they were done so poorly that it got infected and I have been told I will permanently have problems with the area now. I will never be returning even if I am on deaths doorstep.

Cynthia Reid The only caring person I saw was the triage nurse Ryan. She told me to let them know if my symptoms started to worsen while I was waiting. Well they sure did and I let them know twice what my new symptoms were that were emerging and was dismissed. Other people were taken that seemed fine, walked fine, laughing, scrolling on their phones, etc. Meanwhile two other patients seemed worse than myself and yet were left suffering. One was a very elderly woman whos blood pressure was over 220 and sent there by her cardiologist.The receptionist seemed to know some of them she was calling back. So if you were dismissed after saying you felt like you were going to pass out with "you should sit down" and later with your arms, hands, and feet going numb with pins and needles that "were waiting for a room sweetie". I still waited but frankly was getting concerned I might just have a heart attack. Eventually I got up and walked out before it got too dark for me to drive. I will go somewhere else in the morning or call an ambulance tonight if I get worse.

April Sawyer 1 star. Communication was non-existent. Was sent to CT without being told then never spoken to about any CT results. Was sent home without being talked to. A new person just showed up and took out the IV and said you are going home. Then another person handed us a stack of paper with no instruction other than pick up your prescription. We wake up this morning and online in the portal it tells me not to take one of my medicines for days (which was not told to me) and said I wanted to and agreed to leave all of which was untrue. The paper work that was given even said "call 911 and return if you have these symptoms" and I was currently experiencing 3 of the 4. 8 hours hundreds of dollars to be told next to nothing and be lied to in the paperwork. Should have gone to syracuse. The nurses were all very nice. Especially the young lady did my IV and blood draw.

Izabella Lathrop any dentist i went to would make me and my mom wait like 6 months before i could get my teeth checked, not even pulled, but these people here, they did an amazing job on my teeth! i had 2 rotten and infected teeth and instead of making me come back another day, they took them the same day! they were also very respectful and nice, i would go back any day, they did great!

I called Fulton Family Dental, they got me in that afternoon and worked with me since I had no insurance at the time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great Dentist Office.

Nicholas Giampietro Amazing. The whole team was absolutely great. Had a gnarly bad wisdom tooth that was long over due to be removed, came in on a Thursday morning and got it pulled out. The desk staff, nurses, and doctor were all phenomenal, and really good company. I was in excruciating pain coming in and they took care of my tooth for me. I paid out of pocket and it wasnt too expensive either, worth every penny.

Kit Male First, I was very impressed at how timely everything went. I got there 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork, and like clockwork I was called back right at my appointment time. My hygienist, Cathy, was absolutely fabulous. I had an exposed root and she was very gentle and responsive when the toothpaste set off the pain, immediately giving me a rinse to make it stop. The doctor was patient, informative, and seemed keen on getting me the best treatment. Many thanks to everyone at the office, the receptionist included, who made sure to fill me in on what to expect in the coming weeks. Friendly and professional.

Jessie Joy I had my first visit here a couple days ago and was extraordinarily pleased with my experience! The waiting room is clean, and cheerful. The office staff was very pleasant and down to earth. My assistant, Ashley was so professional and informative! She took the time to explain everything she was going to do which made all the X-rays I had to get so much more bearable. When the dental hygienist came in, she was so gentle and kind. I had several questions for her and she did her best to answer without making me feel like I was uninformed. Never once did I feel condescended to, but I felt respected as this is MY mouth and teeth. They never acted like they were “elite” or more intelligent than I was like the last practice I went to. The dentist always was very down to earth and helpful. I haven’t been to a dentist in about 5 years due to most dropping my insurance. Recently I changed insurance companies, and though I still had difficulty finding a dentist, I’m so happy I found this practice; it’s worth the drive for me.

Megan Rhinehart their work has left me in more pain than when i went in, drilling away over half of a tooth before filling it incorrectly. hitting nerves, hiding charges. would not recommend unless you want to be left off worse than what you came with

Emily, my dental hygienist, even wrapped my finger because I accidentally cut it right before my appointment. Highly recommend! Five stars.

F F I recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Macgregor and it was overall a great experience. The office is very clean and nice looking. The staff were great. In the pre surgery appointment Dr Macgregor explained everything and was very thorough. I don’t have any regrets going to his office and would highly recommend him to anybody else. After the surgery I called and had a question and a nurse called me back literally within 2 mins. Today is 10 days since surgery and I’m feeling great.

Renee Marie I have had a serious fear of the dentist for 30 yrs, so bad that my teeth were in really bad shape. 3 broken and a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted immediately. I had spent years sick from infections, then the pandemic, then wait lists after offices started opening. I am new to the area and Great Lakes got me in really quickly. I explained how nervous I was and that I couldnt do it without general anesthesia. They were all kind, understanding, and most importantly DIDNT judge me. I felt completely at ease the day of my procedure, they explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. Im so grateful I found a team that could deal with my issues and phobia. Aftercare explanation was thorough and they made sure I knew I could call with any concerns. I had a wonderful experience and everyone there is A++. My husband will be going next.

David Hillman This place is amazing!!! I normally get anxious when I go to a dentist but this time I got anxious for nothing because the entire staff including the oral surgeon was so nice and calming. I was in and out in less than an hour and it was a wisdom tooth that broke that had to be pulled. I seriously can’t say enough good things about my experience. They also told me beforehand how much I was going to have to pay out of pocket because my insurance did not participate with them. Best money I ever spent at any dentist/oral surgeon!

James Lalande They wont email me copies of dental my own dental records, yet they will email them to another dentist...yet cant produce a valid reason as to why....However, I can go there and get copies of the x-rays printed out on low quality paper. That makes no sense. I think for the $2200 I spent on a total of 3.5 hours worth of work from that I would be able to get my own records. I am glad I am switching now.

Cassandra G Best Dentist & Office Ever!! This place is a breathe of fresh air compared to the numerous horrible dentists Ive dealt with over the years. I can not say enough great things about my experience here! My typical dental visit (other places) can only be described as a nightmare. I usually feel horrible anxiety before, during, and after an appt. My last dentist (ConnextCare Dental of Fulton) actually ripped the napkin off of my neck and yelled "Go Somewhere Else Then" when I spoke up and said I wanted to try and save my tooth (not pull it). Unfortunately, this was during COVID, I couldnt get in anywhere else. After a few minutes of me calming her down, she agreed to fill the tooth instead of pulling it. That filling lasted about 6 months before falling out. I knew I wasnt going back so I researched my options, with my insurance. Thats when I discovered Oswego Dental Health Associates (formerly Fulton Dental Health) was now accepting my insurance. I made an appointment (still COVID) and was in the chair 2 weeks later. The dentist was amazingly kind and gentle. He even told me there was still an option to save my tooth (almost a year after the last place said it was impossible!) I have incredibly sensitive teeth and am usually in agony during dental work (or even water spraying my teeth). Oswego Dental Health Associates went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. They even complimented me on being a good patient! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and nice. Seriously! I wouldnt believe it if I hadnt seen it for myself. Surprisingly, I was calm and anxiety free during my first visit. I truly felt like Id been going there forever. As if that isnt enough, to switch dentists now, this place actually worked with me by scheduling my treatments to make the most of my insurance coverage. Seriously, make an appointment today! Before they are full (as always happens with any dentist that isnt a nightmare). If you have kids, this would probably be an awesome place for them. I usually end up feeling like a big baby in most dentist chairs, but these guys boosted my confidence. I left the place looking forward to going back and finishing the things I needed done.
