5 /5 Bill Soucy: Can you give someone 6 stars?!!?! Mark is amazing at what he does. My daughter has a 2011 Civic, and it needs some TLC. We took it to 3 different places to see if we could get the brakes checked and to find out where this noise was coming from. Every place was "you need an entire exhaust, you need 4 new tires and new brakes, you need a new car." It was kind of nuts. Mark was like “yeah, we just soldered the thing that was making the noise, aligned the tires ( youll need 2), the check engine light is not a concern now, and we cleaned the brakes so they are good." That was in February 2025. The car has been amazing after the work. We are now bringing it back for inspection, those 2 tires, and whatever he suggests. I’m hesitant to give this review because I want to keep him secret, but that’s not fair to everyone!!

5 /5 Jackie G: We just moved to NY and hadnt had time to look around for a good mechanic. So when my car started throwing what seemed like every error light and locked up my brakes while literally on the way home from getting it registered I was pretty stressed out. I looked up the closest shop with good reviews and managed to get my brakes to unlock long enough to limp there. Turns out I had two faulty wheel speed sensors. One was completely dead and the other was just causing intermittent errors. Mark is very friendly and really takes ownership of their work. They ended up needing to keep the car a bit longer after first calling me to say it was ready, due to discovering the intermittent sensor was actually faulty and not just dirty or something. He apologized profusely and went above and beyond to test drive the car multiple times before calling me to come get it again at no additional charge for the added labor, just the new sensor. So far so good on the repairs and my husband and I will absolutely be going here for both our vehicles going forward.

5 /5 Jason Doolittle: I can not say enough about the team at Automasters. I brought them my 1 week old 2020 Jeep Gladiator in search of help with a lift, tires, and wheels. Once my parts arrived, Levon went above and beyond to get me in and out in one day. And let me tell you, it looks amazing! They even helped my girlfriend with a flat tire the same day! All at a more than fair price which was detailed up front so that there wasnt any surprises. Ill be using Automasters for all my car (and Jeep) care needs from here on out and highly recommend everyone does the same. olllllllo

5 /5 Ben Fazio: Brought my car in after it started making some noises and I was given lip service at another mechanic. Was scheduled quickly, issue fixed (no more noise) and quoted the fairest price I ever have been from a mechanic. This will be the only place I bring my cars from now on

5 /5 Blake Cortright: Absolutely fantastic, expedient service. I popped in to replace a battery and check on another minor issue with the vehicle and they solved a few other sensor issues as well. Also, when I arrived - the staff was working with another customer who had been quoted an outrageous price elsewhere, and the team member took very good care of them and even advised them to avoid spending money on some of the things. Very fair, kind people. Well definitely be back here!
