1 /5 Wilcox Tactical: I tried to call and get information regarding a vehicle and pay for the bill. I was rudely hung up on and told the part will be there next Wednesday. Well thats great, but I called to get a total for the work and pay for it but was hung up on. I called back and was called names and hung up again. This is the most unprofessional excuse for a mechanic Ive ever had to unfortunately deal with. Take your business elsewhere

4 /5 michelle lei: Ive done business with them for years. Father passed down to son. Hes doing a great job keeping the place going after his fathers passing and business is good. Hes a fair person who will treat you well. The service is great and he knows his stuff. He is a man to be trusted, not like at other garages. He is located on Sacandaga Rd, and may just be in the right spot for you if you are in the country and cannot make it all the way to the city. He offers many services at a good price. Look him up.

1 /5 Scott W.: Brain cells for the entire shop couldnt possibly be over 5. This shop is the most disrespectful bunch of nitwits Ive ever dealt with. Completely incompetent. Asked for a total and couldnt be given one. I guess the guy that can add numbers wasnt in that day. Called to pay but couldnt because they didnt know how to add. Not the type of people I want working on my equipment. I took my business elsewhere and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
