The Serminis These guys are great! Its so nice to be able to get my car fixed without feeling like Im getting had. The staff is honest and knowledgeable, they replaced the engine in one of my cars and did so on time and budget without any problems. If those doors arw open this is my mechanic.

DaQuan Coleman First thing First. I highly recommend GT AUTO service! Andrew has exceeded my expectations and has been Amazing from the beginning. Coming to GT AUTO i was very pleased how fast the work was completed and taken care of. Kevin Persaud I wouldve gave him a 1 but because he sent the guy outside to some what take a look I gave him a 2. All I wanted was for him to diagnose my engine leak was going to pay. He didnt want to be bothered. Said he works some where else he only does quick jobs. Said to many people touch my car. I said I also have a van over heating. He said probably head gasket its a big job I dont want to get into that. You basically make me waste my time coming there because on Google services says engine diagnostics. Website states you do everything. Should say only do small jobs or pick and choose jobs. Then I wouldnt have waste my time going there. This is a update to your comment. Ill change to 1 star now. 1st you said Tuesday morning. If you had said Monday morning I wouldve brought it back as I am off. I didnt ask you to stop what you was going. You couldve said you have to make an appointment instead of making excuses why you didnt want to be bothered. Its ok Bulldog Auto took me right in cleaned all the oil off found the leaks in a hour. They helped me make a video for proof and write me up their findings for $155. They took my van in with no problem.

Olivia Kay Made fun of my car because it appeared lowered and had side skirts, he then said “stupid side skirts” to me. Said my car couldn’t go on the lift and said I should go to jiffy lube, haven’t had issue anywhere else. Wouldn’t recommend especially for modified cars. Attitude on 10.

Kevin Persaud I went here to diagnose a oil leak. He said hes booked up for about a week. So I go sit in my car to try to look another place up. Not even 5-10 minutes he comes out to my car. Car is not even running. He comes out says how much oil leaking. I said a decent amount. He says can I move my car that he dont want a puddle on the ground. Im thinking this is a mechanic shop how can you be a mechanic shop not expect oil to get on the ground. I told him I was trying to find another place so all my oil dont leak out. He insisted again that i move. I really didnt want to come to this place because years ago I try to give this place business. I always avoided it because they said something to me before that didnt go well with me. Cant remember exactly what. So I said let me give it a second chance. Now I know I will never return to this place for sure.

Kate Michener I have been using Auto Doctor for over 10 years. My very first experience was when my exhaust system was making too much noise. Alex saw my embarrassment and was able to get me right in, fixing the issue and left me with money in my pocket. He has been my mechanic since then! He services my new cars. He has helped me with used cars. Oil changes and inspections. Hes my go to guy for anything my car needs. I feel respected and that he treats me honestly.

Wilcox Tactical I tried to call and get information regarding a vehicle and pay for the bill. I was rudely hung up on and told the part will be there next Wednesday. Well thats great, but I called to get a total for the work and pay for it but was hung up on. I called back and was called names and hung up again. This is the most unprofessional excuse for a mechanic Ive ever had to unfortunately deal with. Take your business elsewhere

This is a family-run business that knows cars inside and out. They’re super reliable, honest, and fair with pricing, qualities that are harder and harder to find these days. What I appreciate most is their consistency. The work is always high quality, and I’ve never had to go back for a fix to a fix. Even when they’re backed up, they somehow manage to squeeze me in and get the job done in a reasonable time. Jeremy Ostrander I am thoroughly impressed with Nott Street auto repair. Ive taken my vehicle there a few times. The most recent visit was for my vehicle miss fire. I had to take it back on Friday due to the problem continuing. The shop was unexpectedly closed that day, so I was going to have to wait until Monday. Oh well, I thought. They surprised me by coming in before a long weekend vacation, just to repair my vehicle. I was very impressed by their work ethic. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Sara Melber Over the last month I brought 3 older cars to this place for repairs. Some of the jobs were easy and the last job was very difficult. Their prices are very low compared to other shops and the quality of work is exceptional. One thing that really stood out was when I asked Henry to replace the brakes pads and rotors on one of the cars. He called me back and said that I didnt need the pads because there was some padding left. Most shops would upsell you and try to get more work done than needed, but Henry was honest with me. He always kept me in the loop throughout the process and calls to ask before doing anything. The turn around time is quick without the sacrificing the quality and you can tell he really cares about his work.

That Chubby Dude DO NOT RENT A PENSKE HERE! Just a heads up, Bob & Mike have retired and no longer run this business. I WALKED in and reserved a Penske truck here IN PERSON. Reserved it for a Saturday morning, well Saturday morning comes and there is no truck here, in fact NOBODY was here, the whole place was closed. I had to go to Penske in Albany to get a truck, several people were there who had the SAME story. Turns out HSK was taking reservations and just not showing up. Long story short, DO NOT RESERVE A PENSKE HERE! I would give zero starts if possible.

Best Of Me Best Of Me Bob has always been upfront and honest every time Ive brought a vehicle to him to either get fixed or serviced. He makes sure I understand the service needed and the cost before he has any work started. This facility also rents Penske trucks which I have rented from and Bob gives me the best rates. I appreciate knowing I can feel at ease doing business here. Thank you Bob for caring about your customers and their vehicles.

White Denisia (CareAmill) I came to Z&Z Auto Service after I got an oil change from Monro and they said I needed brake work which would cost 1,100. At that time I just got my car back on the road and I already had to pay my insurance company and registration, I didnt have 1,100 to spend. I called Z&Z and they said they do it for less than half that price and I had the option of buying the parts myself or them buying the parts for me. He did an amazing job and for a really fair price. I go here from now on and I have absolutely no complaints! Best place in Schenectady, NY. HANDS DOWN!!!!

Matt Neapolitano Kareem is a fantastic mechanic. Ive gone here for several years and kick myself every time I go elsewhere. The last place did more damage than fixing and its at Kareems right now being rescued. Hes super fair, very quick and totally trustworthy. Cant say enough good stuff about the place .Apparently there is a reason for all of the 5 star reviews on here (because the place is the best around simple as that).

Jacquelynn Smith John is great at what he does. He is very knowledgeable and an incredibly trustworthy mechanic. He is always honest, always hard working, and will get the job done for a fair price. I wish I never had to go to another mechanic for the rest of my life.

Metro Mike Andy at ABS was great, got me right in looked over my situation and handled it. Honest, fast friendly. If you’re lucky enough before 11am you will meet his dad, another great man that happens to be a Vet, Ty for your service!

Pete T Andy is the best. Prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. I brought my car in for a very difficult problem that two dealers couldn’t diagnose. Andy worked his butt off to figure it out, going so far as to bring in a regional GM rep to work on it late into the evenings. He spent hours and hours of his time on it, and then refused to charge me for the time. He is a pleasure to deal with and will be the only one to touch my cars again. Thanks, Andy!

Khim Completed a repair on almost my full front end. Hood, grill, bumper, lights, radiator, front fender, and more. Even caught additional internal damage that wasnt included in the insurance quote. Julio worked with the insurance company on my behalf, got the supplement and the work came out great. Communication was great too! Highly recommend!

Willis Houghton This review is overdue. Ive been coming to Suresh at SS Auto Repair for more than 5 years. He has helped me every time with top quality work and professionalism no matter how big or small the repair is. Plus hes just an absolutely friendly guy that is easy to work with. You dont always find these qualities in every shop. I would recommend anyone to come here. Keep in mind hes always busy because hes so good at what he does. You need to have patience and meet him at least half way when asking for his services. Suresh is absolutely worth waiting for if his schedule is full.
