3 /5 Pannaga V: I had a great experience with Firuza, and Inesa assisted with the overall process. I originally booked a partial balayage but ended up receiving a full balayage instead. While I was ultimately satisfied with the final hair color, the process itself had some concerns.
My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM, and unfortunately, the entire process felt a bit rushed. I choose Chestnut Brown shade. During the process, Inesa mentioned that the color mixture included two shades, one of which I had not originally selected. This adjustment caused additional delays. While I was happy with the end result, I believe it is the stylist’s responsibility to ensure that the client receives the exact color they request, rather than making unapproved changes. What I found particularly disappointing was being told, "See, we are so nice that we waited for you. Although it is our closing time, we are staying late." Given that I was paying over $270 for the service, I do not believe this was an appropriate remark.
The entire process, including color application, toner, and blow-dry, took two hours. Since the salon was closing by the time my service was completed, Inesa became increasingly hasty. It is important to acknowledge that it was equally late for me.
Furthermore, there was an issue with the billing. The initial total was over $70 more than what I was supposed to pay. I strongly advise customers to DOUBLE CHECK their bills and calculate the total themselves to avoid overcharges.
Overall, while I was delighted with the final color by Firuza, the rushed service and billing issue left me somewhat disappointed with the experience.
