Keratin could damage my weak hair without detox, but doing keratin after that treatment will even make the healing effect last for long, because protein under high temperature covered scalp detox and now my hair is strong, shiny and gorgeous. Observing my hair a week after procedure, I found Nelly’s job done brilliantly. I can tell, because usually a week after procedure hair behaves different way after different salons. I’m grateful to finally find a right specialist in New-York!

I also really liked the scalp detox, after that the hair stayed clean longer. but i think without Nelly it wouldnt make such sense because she is super professional! highly recommend:)

    Martyna Chrzanowska: Super overpriced for what it is. The owner tried (unsuccessfully) to charge me more because I came in with long hair even though I wanted it cut in a ponytail for donation. I spent almost a $100 (even with a groupon) for a haircut that should’ve cost $25. The blowout was rushed and bad. The stylist herself did a good job on the cut but the experience was quick and not the luxurious experience I expected.

    Sherwood Callaway: Mick at Green Room salon in NYC is an absolute pro! I’ve been getting my hair cut by him for multiple years now and followed him between studios. At some point, he suggested I try highlights… As a guy with short hair, I wasn’t sure how they would turn out, but Mick nailed it. He gave me a natural, low-maintenance look that still stands out. The vibe and staff at Green Room is super chill, and I really look forward to coming here every few months. Mick’s attention to detail of course is the real secret though. I’m a loyal customer and highly recommend!

    jannina guerrero: Beyond incredible experience. I’ve had trouble finding someone who understands what I want and is able to match what I want in real life. Duneisy was able to accomplish this. I felt comfortable and heard. I received advice and felt very pretty after leaving the salon. Esther was very nice and helpful too.     Daniela Sandoval: First time getting a haircut here! I had an appointment with Kiyo and he was so nice and attentive through every step of my haircut. I have long thick hair and was way over due for a cut. Kiyo made sure to explain how to achieve certain styles with the curtain bangs I asked for. The bangs were tailored for my face shape which I really appreciated too. Super happy with the outcome and it was awesome to work with him!

    Diana Nassar: I honestly can’t say enough great things about Mure Salon, specifically Sergio. He was so meticulous and attentive, taking the time to perfect every detail. I had a cut, color, and olaplex treatment. I’ve always had difficult to manage hair and it’s hard to find a color I’ve ever liked but walking out my hair feels so healthy, and I’m absolutely obsessed with the final result. It’s rare to leave a salon feeling way! If you’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about your hair, Sergio is the one. Highly highly recommend

    EP: While I wish I could give a better review, the results weren’t what was asked for. I initially had black hair and was looking for a medium to dark neutral, cool town brown. I showed example photos to Maria, and she seemed very knowledgeable about the process and assured there would not be brassiness or red tones (which I specifically asked again just before service - $300). Unfortunately that’s exactly what I got. Then an attempt to tone to help, which made it black again. And then another lightening attempt which made it brassy brown again. At that point I was told to wait for natural light the next day and call. I did and it was still brassy so she offered to fix in the earliest availability. Which was great except when I got back to fix, the quoted cost was $245 for products. I said no and she offered to tone again and assured it would tame the brassiness- it did not and made it black again with brassiness. So now I’m back to wear I started and with a tone I absolutely did not want. The photos show the second attempt at fixing, first photo on the way there, and the next two photos after. UPDATE: the below response from the salon is untrue. In the initial visit, Maria promised no red/warm/brassy tone. She only in the second visit tried to talk me out of the cool neutral brown color I wanted with all this talk of maintenance etc. although I said I would have still done it- without worry of any budget constraint. Except she was then charging another $245 to make it happen. After the original $300 charged.
