1 /5 alexis elena: I went into the salon with one of my nails cracked. When doing my nails the nail artist didn’t put any type of glue / sealant to stop my actual nail from Breaking. Nor did they put on a tip to fix it. Instead she painted over my partially broken nail. The nail broke twice. I told her to put a tip & she said she was unable to because of where the break is. If you take the time you are able to fix the nail properly where the crack was. I had previous nail artist do is plenty of times. but they do not care enough to handle you with patience or care. She proceeded to tellMe to come back at a later time to fix my nail That now broke THREE times. The picture with my whole hand you see my middle finger nail is shorter I had to go to a different salon to get my nail fixed because she wouldnt take me in. This was not even two weeks ago and another finger chipped and another nail is completely broken. Mind you I am not a wild person nor do I have a strenuous job where all my nails should be breaking. Cheap products, rude customer service. The nail artist didn’t even clean up my cuticles which is something you should expect when paying 60 dollars for a gel manicure. Will NEVER go back. Do NOT recommend.

5 /5 Agnes Zajac: Really very modern, nice, and clean nail salon. Staff is very nice and friendly. I got a pedicure, which it was GREAT! They even have a little place for little princesses to get pedicure.

This was my first time experiencing a Russian manicure, and I fell in love with the technique and the final look of my nails. Leticia was so precise, neat, and clean throughout the entire process. She even fixed two broken nails, and you couldnt even tell they were ever damaged. Leticia is incredibly nice and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. Her room is cute and spotless, with a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a Russian manicure!

Ive been to a few nail techs since coming back to NY in November, and Emily at Holly Nails is by far the best! She is incredibly talented, always accommodating, and brings so much creativity to every set. She is very patient with me since I always want intricate designs and makes my nails look amazing. Her nail shaping is flawless, and she makes my hard gel nails look completely natural. If youre looking for a skilled and artistic nail tech, I highly recommend booking with her!

This time I make an appointment first. There are actually a lot of staffs but they are all in the back. The lady who did my nails painted two time on each nail, but the thumb on the left hand didnt do well. When I repainted it, she only did it once. My nails were fading within one week. Other nails spa does better than here

Angela Przybysz: Chop Shop! Horrible, dirty, and nasty staff. They dont know how to do nails. Unsanitary and dirty the equipment such as the filing board was used on every single client and was not sanitized in between uses as well as the clippers. Wore same pair of gloves on each client and cut me making me bleed. They removed tips using a dirty METROCARD while I told her to STOP. This place needs to be shut by the department of health. All the workers especially the Spanish girl had such an attitude when doing my nails. She was grabbing my hand aggressively and huffing and puffing painting my nails. She was rude talking on the phone the whole service. I wanted a refund for the chop shop job and the Chinese front desk lady was talking so much bad things acting like I did not understand Mandarin. Not for nothing if your paying for a service it should be done right the first time. After telling them I was not happy with the service I had to argue to get my money back.

She did an exceptional job on my pedicure and my nails came out perfect just in time for my vacation. I’m very particular about my nails & she did them exactly how I always like them. She took her time with my both my manicure and pedicure which I loved. I hate rushed service. The salon was very clean and well kept. I will definitely be returning!

Michelle who does pedicures (and now nails too) is a sweetheart and does a great job as well.
