5 /5 Ashley S: So it took weeks for me to decide where am I going to go for my nails now that I moved to the island. This was a quick walk nearby so I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did!! Everyone is very nice and sweet which is what you need going to a nail salon. It was also very calm. I did a gel manicure and gel pedicure for $70. The pedicure was amazing, it came with a scrub and massage and I really needed it lol! I’m so happy I came here, this is now my new spot :) 10/10

Glamour Nails - Staten Island

Angela Przybysz: Chop Shop! Horrible, dirty, and nasty staff. They dont know how to do nails. Unsanitary and dirty the equipment such as the filing board was used on every single client and was not sanitized in between uses as well as the clippers. Wore same pair of gloves on each client and cut me making me bleed. They removed tips using a dirty METROCARD while I told her to STOP. This place needs to be shut by the department of health. All the workers especially the Spanish girl had such an attitude when doing my nails. She was grabbing my hand aggressively and huffing and puffing painting my nails. She was rude talking on the phone the whole service. I wanted a refund for the chop shop job and the Chinese front desk lady was talking so much bad things acting like I did not understand Mandarin. Not for nothing if your paying for a service it should be done right the first time. After telling them I was not happy with the service I had to argue to get my money back.

Jalissa Rufino: I decided to give this place a try as I pass it everyday on my way home from work and I am so glad I did! The young lady who did my nails was super sweet, patient and professional. She did an exceptional job on my pedicure and my nails came out perfect just in time for my vacation. I’m very particular about my nails & she did them exactly how I always like them. She took her time with my both my manicure and pedicure which I loved. I hate rushed service. The salon was very clean and well kept. I will definitely be returning!

Her reply to my comment will solidify my point. Try it at your own risk! At Blooming Nails Spa (Joey is the BEST) they are fast, professional, talented and professional, so I will return to where I am treated kindly and with respect.

Lindsay Keevill: 10/10 recommend. Christina is an incredibly talented artist, every set Ive gotten from her is truly a work of art. She has a huge selection of colors, as well as gems/charms/etc. The salon is so cute, is so welcoming and accomodating, and most importantly CLEAN. Michelle who does pedicures (and now nails too) is a sweetheart and does a great job as well.

Place is always clean always a nice calm environment, all the pedicurist are amazing as well!! What I asked for and what I got!! Soooooo good!!! ( see picture attached) Update: today 2/21/25…. THE WORST EVER!!!! I knew I should have just waited for Steven!!! First the girl filed my all natural long nails sooo thin they hurt …then the last put the thinnest amount of acrylic that my nails are still bending!!!! This experience makes me want to NEVER return here and I COME faithfully I am a faithful customer shows you they don’t really care for you as a person just about the money!!!!!!

Joanna H: Went here for the first time today and they were great! I had a gel manicure (Essie’s Urban Jungle) and a regular pedicure, my sister had a gel manicure. The owners are very friendly and nice. They also have a membership card with points that you can trade in for free manicures and services! I recommend trying them out next time you need a manicure. They take walk-ins but I would call to check just in case! 4/29/21

S R N: Never usually leave reviews but I have to for this place. Highly, highly recommend! I love having designs on my nails and Anastasiya never disappoints. I’ve also had Lachi do a set and they lasted 4 weeks with no peeling (see last picture). I’m also a nail biter so after like week 2 I would start peeling if I had my nails done elsewhere but the nails I get here are indestructible.

allison beach: I went to Jennifer years ago when I lived in NY.. Since moving to PA I do my nails myself. I was in NY yesterday and decided to find her. I did and she squeezed me in. I got my nails done by her again and she is the only other person I would ever trust with my nails beside myself ( she died great washin too). I explained to her the shape I wanted ( a mix between almond,, square and coffin shape) and she understood and did it the exact way I wanted. Very clean and sterilized everything used. Phenomenal color selection. Friendly priced well. I will definitely be going back all the way from PA.
