I am a young woman just learning about cars on my own and was trying to find a reliable, honest mechanic. I have taken my Chevy Cruze to Mels service multiple times for work and diags. I had been taking my car to the dealership but felt like I was being taken advantage of. John (I believe) was always honest and upfront and took care of any problems I have had. The most recent time I took it in for a diag on an oil leak, he had me come back twice throughout the week before telling me to go back to the dealership who had just previously worked on my car because I shouldnt have to pay after having this part replaced recently. I did not end up paying a penny for anything thanks to his advice.

He worked with my warranty company and advocated for me. I cant thank him enough!! Do yourself a favor and bring your car to either location... you wont be disappointed!!

My car went in for some paint work, no collision damage, just a 23 year old car that needed revitalizing. They painted the hood and trunk to to repair sap damage, repaired scratches, then buffed the car. When I took it in, the paint looked worn, dull and had some scratches. When I picked it up it looked like a new car.
