3 /5 OceanFlowers: Never opens at the time listed! So frustrating Ive came here twice in the morning since I live far and they never open at 10. I waited from 10AM till 12 and they still didnt open. Doesnt answer messages or calls either. The listing said Tuesday through Saturday 10-7. I gave it a 3 rating because I love the clothes here but they need to work on the scheduling.

She makes a perfect hair blowout. She is very attentive. The owner of the salon is welcoming, and creates a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The salon is very clean, with modern decor and great ambiance. Great salon in the community of the upper Manhattan/Inwood neighborhoods. Highly recommend.
