1 /5 Ashlee Bby: Honestly I’m not the type to leave negative reviews but being as I’ve been a customer for a while I’m disappointed. I had picked out a human hair lace front , get home and see I was giving a totally different wig from what I picked out. No biggie, I called the store (I had just left about 15 mins ago) asking if I could bring it back to get what I actually picked out and was met with attitude and dismissal. I explained that it was still in the package , tags , literally just left. They acknowledged that I just left and told me oh well all sales are final and he wasn’t going to do anything. I wasn’t rude or combative. I spend a lot of money in that store being as I’m a stylist with my own business. I would never treat client like that and now I’m left with an ugly 8inch curly bob that I did not want and can not use. The way I was talked to was very rude and I will no longer send any business or spend any money with them. It’s a shame because they’re one of the cleaner beauty stores in the area.
