James ReaperGuyver: They suck now! I made an appointment for a pedicure a week in advance. They made me sit and wait an hour to even put me in a pedicure chair. I sat 10 more minutes in lukewarm water. They rushed my pedicure after making me wait 1 hour and 29 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The old guy that used to do my pedicures well is gone. Terrible waste of money and time. Had to schedule a pedicure in falconer at vnails to get it fixed. Never going back.

When she asked for them to be fixed, the owner refused and instead demanded that she pay $60 for the poor service. She left and immediately went to Lux Salon, where they were able to fix her nails for just $20. Its disappointing that such an unprofessional attitude was shown, especially when the work was clearly subpar.

Whether I come in with inspo pictures or simply let them freestyle, I’m always satisfied. Truly the kindest people, I just adore them. Plus it’s fair pricing given the longevity and quality of the set! I paid $50 for the design below. The chrome and the hand painted accent nails were extra, usually my sets are around $38-40, but we decided to go big this time and I LOVE them! Cute and classy, yet still festive, as it’s my Valentines Day set. Absolutely couldn’t recommend anywhere else!

The salon atmosphere was amazing, the staff was great (definitely had a few laughs) and they were very clean. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted. She took her time, was so bubbly warm, sweet and personal. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was just a walking $$ sign. shes the only person around here I will ever go to again. Hands down. 20/10 would definitely recommend.

If I break a nail they do not charge me to fix it and they have even given little gifts on holidays! If you have a bad experience there approach them and they would gladly help to make it right. I could not say enough good about the services but even more about the people!

Mary Beth Higgins: Mani and pedi are decent. Place was empty but we were very rushed- not relaxing. Some staff can be rude- not all but a few- push unwanted services, make comments to one another after asking you a question. It has happened during previous visits as well as my most recent visit. There are so many nicer nail salons in the area- this is ok but not my first choice. It is very clean and pleasant atmosphere but the approach of the staff made for not the best experience.
