3 /5 Suzanne S: Very hit or miss- the other customers who got manicures were getting hand and shoulder massages, which are usually included- my manicurist Cherri, just got up and walked away as soon as she was done with my nails. She also skipped the cuticle trim in favor of sanding them off with the dremel, which hurt and left me bleeding. They moved me around the salon after my pedicure, and Cherri was eager to carry my phone but left me to manage my socks and shoes. With gloves and foil on my fingers, I dropped one of my shoes on my foot and smudged my toenails. (Again, other people were given time under the toe nail dryer, I wasn’t.) I wound up having to get the toenails retouched, and Jenny, the pedicure tech, was excellent. I have had good experiences here in the past so I would say just stay away from Cherri. CK has done my nails in the past and is excellent.
