Nedra Isenberg: My husband had a rear axle snap on his Model T and they came and figured out a way to get it on the flatbed and take it to our house and get it into our garage. Very friendly and took extra care to get everything done safely.
Mikayla Oleson: I’ve been meaning to write a review for Gorilla Automotive for quite some time. If you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy shop, this is the place to go. As a young woman, that’s clearly not knowledgeable in vehicles I’ve always been taken advantage of, but not here. I believe the wife runs the front desk and her husband is the shop mechanic. I don’t even know their names, but I absolutely adore the both of them. They are so sweet and you can see all of their family pictures hanging up in the shop. Aside from that, when I had continuous problems with my car, the mechanic once walked me through how to file a claim with my dealership, they were giving me the run around and he ensured me I wasn’t crazy. On top of that, the wife always texts you BEFORE they start doing the work needed on your car to ensure you know exactly what is being done and your not blindsided by the $$$ come pick up. All in all, an amazing family business.
