Ric was also great person to talk with, he’s a very helpful and kind to talk too, overall it was worthy and was not mistakenly bringing my vehicle to their garage as well as costing wise, thanks to all of them.

Rays Service Center - Watertown

Ry: Terrible. Thieves and bullies. My registration was suspended, my fault yes. I didnt realize it. Got pulled over and my car got towed to Rays. The police assured me I would be able to collect my personal belongings the next day when the shop was open. I went the next day to get my stuff and politely (embarrasedly) explained the situation and immediately the guy in the office was rude and loud with me and said he didnt have to give me anything. Told me to come back when I had the almost $500 (!! Towed less than a mile) to get my car. After I started crying and begged him to please let me get my debit card and my phone so I could get the money I needed he begrudgingly agreed as long as I was fast. He said he had seen my phone in the console and moved it to the passenger seat (why?). Phone was nowhere to be found and he changed his story to "Oh that was the car next to you". I started frantically searching for my phone and he literally shouted at me to "hurry up and get out of there". I explained the police said I could collect my things and he said he didnt care, get out. Phone was nowhere to be found so I asked for my laptop and he refused. He walked up on me (100 lb female) and told me to move and slammed my car door shut. Wouldnt give me back my spare fob I had given him when I arrived and kept saying it wasnt mine despite me having the only Audi in the small lot and having handed it to him less than 5 minutes earlier. I wound up having to snatch it back off his desk when he turned around and I locked my car back up with it on my way out. Wound up having my lending company reposess the car so I could get all my stuff and pay a lower amount to them to get my car back. Also the debit card that was in the car had to be frozen and replaced due to multiple, more than 10, unrecognized charges attempted within 24 hours of my car being towed. Unreal.

I called them on a Friday to get an estimate for front brakes, rotors and an oil change. I dropped off my vehicle Sunday night and by Monday afternoon was ready to go! They noticed the front crankshaft seal was bad and it needed replacement. Scott called me to let me know to see if that was something I wanted to take care of as well. Which I really appreciate it so much. Most shops see if theres some else wrong with your vehicle and they fix it without telling you first. They are honest, efficient, work in a timely manner and the pricing is affordable. Definitely will send everyone I know that needs work on their vehicle their way! I am absolute impressed with their work! I could give them a 10 star rating! This is the only auto shop I will be coming to from now on

Ryan Schueler: They put a used rusted brake caliper on my mom’s car and told her she was good to go. It wasn’t even for the right car. Caliper is so big it rubs the inside the rim wearing a groove into it. Taking it somewhere else that can fix it with new parts. SMH.

Mauser Girl: I dont think I can say enough nice things about this repair shop. Theyve been seeing my old Jeep for a couple years now. Geyers is both good and trustworthy. Every repair Ive had done here was completed correctly the first time, and usually within a day or two. I think the longest Ive had to wait was 3 days, but that was because it took that long to get a part. Geyers provides an estimate up front, but in my experience the estimate tends to be on the higher end. Ive always been pleasantly surprised to be charged less than the initial estimate. Speaking of which, they also offer a military discount for soldiers and veterans, which takes a little extra off your total. Theyve also been really good about communicating, calling with the estimate and again when the job is completed. Everyone is courteous and helpful and takes time to explain what needs to be done or what was done if you have questions.

Tasha Blend: At first I was super happy to have met them, they were quick to get my car in, listen to what happened… they got him fixed relatively quick, so once again I was ecstatic. Until I realized that they didn’t check my battery even though my serpentine belt was completely busted and they had to replace my alternator upon further examination of my car they broke the lever that you use for the hood release, were jerks about the entire thing, and then they broke the plastic brackets that held the ring around my front headlight and my hood won’t latch properly. We called and called they denied having done anything even though they were suppose to order a new release since they broke it, they said my car was wrecked. The inside sure it looks like I live in my car however the cosmetic work on the outside was perfect, and my hood shut.

Brentyn Horton: I have brought my truck here a few times and never been dissatisfied. Back in December they did some manifold work on my truck. Completely new manifolds on both sides. A few bolts were broken and they had no issues. Monday I called and needed to get some new tires told Amanda the size I was looking for and she knew an exact tire that many people recommended. Truck went in today for mount and balance and install and it turned out great. I will continue to bring my vehicle here when I need to. I normally do work myself but been deployed and they have taken very good care of me and my truck. Could not be happier. There mechanics are very knowledgeable. Corey has worked on my truck both times and done an awesome job.
