1 /5 Courtney Miller: I was going to them for 4 years The last and final time I’m going to them. When I come in, I am polite. I let them take their time with the cars because they’re often busy but they always given me my car back day of service this last time. They did not give me my car back day of service and when I got it back the next day my radio where you put in CDs is completely cracked. I told them hey this is cracked. The owner wouldn’t let me speak. He wouldn’t even go look at my car. He tried to gaslight me saying that it could’ve been there already. All of these things. I’ve never been so defeated humiliated and he wouldn’t even let me get a word in and that’s why I knew they did wrong because he was always respectful for me. I never give them attitude. I’ve even brought them donuts snacks the whole 9 yards because I really valued what they did they lost a customer and I hope they cannot sleep at night knowing that they messed up somebody’s car and would not fix it.

5 /5 Isabella Charleston: always managed to get me in exactly when i needed to be and get my car back within a very reasonable time. even worked on my car past closing time because i work far away and needed it pretty early for the next morning. prices are reasonable as well, definitely recommend

1 /5 Enis Saljanin: Terrible Experience - Avoid This Shop! I took my car to this mechanic shop hoping to get a simple repair done, but I ended up with nothing but frustration. First off, they took way longer than promised—what should’ve been a one-day fix turned into a week of waiting with no updates unless I called them first. When I finally got my car back, not only did they not fix the original issue properly, but I also found new problems. It was clear that the work wasn’t done right, and to make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when I pointed it out. They acted like I was the one causing the problem! I had to take my car to another shop to get the job done right, and they found several mistakes made by these guys. Don’t waste your time or money here. There’s no accountability, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Would not recommend to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable mechanic.

5 /5 Jessica Hill: Kenny, the customer service gentleman at the desk, is so friendly and helpful! I had my motor replaced and my clutch, in my car. The labor and parts were very reasonably priced! The mechanic did an amazing job with my car. The staff is very knowledgeable and I definitely recommend having repairs done to your car, at Bhatti Group. ☺️
