5 /5 Trish L.: A friend of ours suggested we reach out to Torbitts after we were given a sketchy quote from the dealership we usually go to. We were told wed need a whole new exhaust system and it didnt seem right considering our car wasnt *that* old. So I called Torbitts, wanting to get a second opinion. Justin was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He answered all my questions and was very frank with me about what could be wrong with my car. He explained everything in detail and never made me feel like I was wrong or stupid for asking. We found out that my cars exhaust system is fine for its age, it just needed one small repair and the manifold needed to be replaced. They took photos of the parts that needed repair to show me and for full transparency. They even charged me less than what I was quoted because the repair took less time. Again this morning I am having a new issue I am having and once again he answered my questions and gave me advice on what to do. He couldve had me come in, charge me for checking my car, maybe threw pieces in my car with hopes of fixing it, but instead he told me that unless the check engine light goes off, wed just be throwing parts at my car. He gave me a plan of action and I trust if it doesnt work, he and his team will be there to help in an honest way. Im very grateful after having a really bad experience with the dealership to have found local folks to support who know their stuff and arent trying to cheat customers. Thank you!
