1 /5 Christine Scudder: Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. If giving zero stars were an option, that is what I would have chosen. First, I have never felt the need to write a negative google review for anyone or any service. This however, I felt needed to be done.
Ill start by saying this.......
For the past 6 years I have been getting the magic sleek hair service done. I usually get it done at a different salon but sadly the apointments were booked out until late August. So four weeks ago I figured I would give bliss hair studio a try since they too offer the magic sleek. Disaster. Not only did the hair dresser have no idea what she was doing as far as application goes but she also damaged my hair severely during the process AND the product didnt take. My hair is a mess. She had to follow the instructions while she was in the process of applying the product to my hiar, which was clearly an indication that this was new for her. I have NEVER experienced that befor and as I said earlier, I have had magic sleek done to my hair every summer for the last six years.
To follow this already very unprofessional scenerio, the hair dresser then proceeds to begin to blow my hair out with the straightening product still in my hiar! I literally had to stop her and let her know that she was making a mistake. She appologized and then began to rinse the product out of my hair. Unacceptable for a process that STARTS and $450. I cant begin to express the regret I feel. My hiar is damaged, not straight and Im out close to $500. The worst experience ever. If a salon is going to offer a service of this expense, its wise to make sure that whoever is applying this service knows what they are doing.
Find a different salon. This one does not make the cut.
