1 /5 Lop Riel: I had an extremely disappointing experience and feel compelled to share. I brought my 3-year-old son in for a haircut, and the level of unprofessionalism was shocking. The stylist seemed to have no patience for a child, which is surprising for a kids salon. She abruptly left my son halfway through his haircut, leaving him sitting in the chair without any explanation or apology.
Not only did she leave, but none of the other staff stepped in to assist or even acknowledge the situation. I was left feeling confused, frustrated, and frankly, ignored. To make matters worse, I was still required to pay for the unfinished haircut, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.
A kids salon should prioritize understanding, patience, and a welcoming environmentānone of which we experienced here. I would not recommend this place to anyone
